Chapter 9 (Oceania Day)Part One

Sera's POV
Saturday morning
I wake up to a text from my best friend. " Hey so I'm going to visit my parents in California, sorry I can't come to the beach today." I was happy for her, because she never really sees her parents since they are actors, and their on the other side of the country. I decided to call Gwen to see if she would like to come for Oceania Day and she happily agreed. I got ready to go help out at the beach and I heard the buzzer ring I turned it on and started talking. "Hello." "Uh... Miss. Fire-burn, Their's a girl here waiting for you do you want me to let her in?" "Tell me her name please." "It's Gwen Rogue." "Oh yes please send her my way." and I turned it off. A few minutes, the door open and when I turned around I saw Gwen and one of my guards. "It's ok Fritz, you may go now." He bowed at me and walk out leaving me and Gwen in my room. "So is it always like this at your house?" " Yep, but don't worry if you come here more often they won't go though this procedure as much." "Ok, so do you want to go now, I have to go early to set up the fundraiser stuff." "Ok, let's go." and we walked out.

Malcolm's POV
I woke up to a death hug from my sister, Macy. "Come on Macy, what are you doing?" I said a little bit tired like." Come on wake up were going to the beach for Oceania Day! You promise to take me since. mom refuses to let me drive the car." "Ok ok, I'm up I'm up, just let me get dressed. I got dressed and went downstairs. As soon as I sat down, Macy grab my hand and threw me into the car. "Ow! what was that for?" "Just drive." She said sternly and excitedly. Seeing her happy made me let go of what she did to me and drive to the beach. When got their my sis literally jumped out of the car and ran to some person who looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. When I got closer I saw my worse nightmare coming true. "Are you frickin' kidding me?"

Cass's POV
I get off the airplane with my aunt, breathing in that California air. When we walk out of the airport, Aunt Zara pulls my hand to this limo, It must be my parents'. During the ride I decided to talk to my aunt because she was very nervous. "So, Zara are you ok?" "YEAH I'M TOTALLY FINE, WHY WOULDN'T I BE FINE?!?" she said in a "calm" voice. "Come on now Zara, you can tell me." "Well, ok I will tell you. The reason why I'm so worked up is because I feel like your parents think I'm not a good care taker. That I'm not spoiling you enough. That my parenting style is not good, when in reality they are the ones who fail as parents. Never wanting to visit you, just because they hate Virginia weather, giving you things that you out grown, like baby princess shoes and stuffed horses. I'm just so sick of it." She starts to sob. My natural instinct, comfort her."It's ok, Aunt Zara, look we're about to get here and the last thing they want to see is you crying." Aunt Zara wipes the tears out of her face. "We're here, miss." The guard says as we pull up to the gates of the Manson my parents own. The limo pulled to a stop and the driver got out of the limo and let me and Aunt Zara out. We walked to the door with eight body guards and Zara rang the door bell. A servant answered the door but surprisingly, he was quite young for a servant and he looked familiar but I didn't think anything of it. He gestured us in and we went to the living room where many servants were pampering my parents,my grandmother and cousin from my mother's brother. We sat down only to have four-five servants messaging our backs and giving us tea. "So, how is our little daughter doing?" My mom saids. "I'm doing fine mother." I say trying to stay polite." Oh wonderful! well I think you and Diana should go to her room and talk about your lives in..... interesting places, Diana?" "Yes Aunt Gina, come Cassandra." And we left for her room.

John's POV
Me and Daniel are walking around the beach going to each station for the Oceania festival, when I see Gwen and Sera walking to us. "Hey John!" Gwen said hugging me. "Hey Gwen how you doing." I said but then something changes about her. It's like I can see Angela's face but less perfect and her hair is messier and the highlights are different. "So I heard you have a new girlfriend." Gwen said kind of half-heartedly. "Umm... yeah her name is Angela." "Bro!!! How could you not tell me YOU had a girlfriend, especially if she is one of the hottest girls in school?!" Daniel said barging into the conversation."I'm positive that every girl is just the same." Sera says in a not so happy tone. "I don't, I mean compared to you and Gwen she is way hotter. Daniel said proudly. "Saids the one who can't get a date"Sera counters."umm... guys, no need to ruin your stupidity but, theirs a huge crowd over their yelling fight." Gwen finally says to stop Daniel and Sera. We run to the crowd and push though. When we get to the front I see a werewolf and vampire fighting. When everybody realises what's happening they treat the situation differently. Daniel is chanting fight with the other people in the crowd, Sera is yelling for them to stop, and Gwen is getting restrained by some people, prob. because she trying to get to the werewolf. Then three people, one of them being Angela try to stop the fight. Angela tries to fight the vampire while the other two are fighting the werewolf. They put a wind barricade around them so no one else can get though. The girl is attacking with the element of air, while the boy is using the element of fire. It was a pretty epic fight, but they were able to take out the vampire, but the werewolf was more stubborn. He took out the two people, but when he saw Angela he stopped. It was like he didn't have the heart to do it. The fighters took the advantage and grabbed him, when they were able to restrain him, Angela put him to sleep, but then she did something so kind of turn him into a human again. You could see a yellowish aura, and it was so beautiful. She did the same thing to the vampire. When she finished they took the barricade out and the crowd surrounding it got smaller and smaller, leaving Gwen, Daniel, Sera, and me the only ones still there. I decided to depart from the group and go and find Angela. After a while, I finally found her talking to those two people helping her stop the fight. "Hey Angela." I said walking to them. "Hi, John meet Skye and Asher." "Omg are you single?" "Hey." Skye said all creepily and Asher said a little bit more normally. Skye seemed outgoing and weird, while Asher seemed kind of quiet and more of an introvert. "Ok, well nice to meet you." I said. "So, I guess this is your boyfriend, Angela?" Asher said. "Yes he is her boyfriend,but why you worrying about her when your sis has a boyfriend too? In fact, her boyfriend is a werewolf." Skye says answering for Angela. When Asher realised what she said he went wide-eyed and ran the other direction."Skylar why did you tell him that?!?" Angela said. "Cause I wanted to see his reaction, and this went better than I thought." Skye said happily. "We better go find Asher or else we are going to have to stop another fight." John said unwarily. "Good point let's go." and we left.

Hey guys its Jasmine here (you know the awesome wattpad user who writes this book.) Ok so one sorry I got spring break and I wanted to take a break from reading and wattpad. Also I added new characters, so yay more writing!!!! One last thing I'm turning this into part one of two parts so stay turned. Well I'm in the middle of school and my teacher isn't too happy what I'm doing so bye.
