George flopped on his bed and stared up at the ceiling. What does he have that I don't?

George had to admit, Floris was fairly attractive.

And George envied his beauty. Is that why Clay likes him instead..?

I woke up to my alarm blasting a constant beeping noise at my ears.

I didn't want to wake up from that again so instead of pressing snooze, I just turned it off and got out of bed.

I did what I usually do in the mornings, brush my teeth, try and fix my hair, change, y'know?

I head downstairs and like most mornings, I see my mother making getting out a pan.

I my look over and I'm assuming she's about to makes eggs because of the two in her hands.

"Morning, baby!" She says with a smile once she sees me. "How'd you sleep?"

"Good, I'm heading to school now" I said as I picked a banana from the fruit bowl on the counter.

"Don't you want something to eat before you go?" She questions.

"I'll just have this" i gesture the banana in my hands "Bye mum!"

The first period was a pain. When isn't gym a pain?

Thankfully the bell rang, signalling to students to get ready for their next classes.

George unfortunately had history. Why does George despise history?

Oh I don't know.. Maybe it's because of a specific boy in that class..

I'm sure you all remember Floris, don't you?

The class didn't fly by as fast as George wanted it to though, Yet he was still thankful that the bell went off at the end of the period. Lunch.

"Hey George!" Floris exclaimed.

"Hi" George bluntly responded.

"Oooh, you seem moody today" Floris laughed. George had to fight the urge not to roll his eyes.

"Sorry, just having a bad day." George attempted to say with more emotion then before.

"Hm, I could tell" Floris mumbled quietly, "Well! I'm going to head off to lunch if you wanna join us!" Floris said enthusiastically.

George suddenly fell quiet.

How dare he.

George felt anger growing inside of him. Oh how badly he wanted to yell at him. Those are George's friends who Floris wouldn't have even known if it weren't for George.

George inhaled go try and calm him self down before responding, "Yeah, just gonna book some books away."

"Cool, see ya!" Floris spoke. With that, he turned on his heel and walked away.

George spent half of lunch sitting in a bathroom stall on a closed toilet seat, reading a book.
