There's something wrong with Liz, I can feel it. She flinches whenever someone talks too loud or whenever someone moves too fast.

I don't know what's wrong though, it's  like she completely shuts down every time I try to read her. I'm really worried about her.

I was there when she was taken and I've been there ever since. Her brothers are my family and I consider her as my little sister.

I will find out what she's hiding, one way or another.

Elizabeth's POV:

I didn't sleep at all last night. Whenever I closed my eyes I could see sierra and daniel punishing me and the fact that I ran out of painkillers two days ago, didn't help with the trying to fall asleep thing.

It was 6:30, so after I got dressed in my new hoodie and sweatpants, I went downstairs. Lucky me everyone was up, even the boys' friends were here. I'm too tired to deal with this right now. But I need coffee so I have to deal with it.

" Do you people ever go home?" I asked, directed towards the boys' friends.

" Um... Liz, I'm your brother, I live here." Dante said, is he serious right now?

"OW...What was that for?" Dante said, rubbing the spot on his head where Dustin hit him.

" She was talking about us." Dustin said, muttering some words I won't repeat.

"Where's the coffee?" I asked, after looking for the coffee in the spot it  was in yesterday.

Carlo had a nervous grin on his face. He better not have done something to my coffee.

"Carlo, where is my coffee?" I was slowly approaching him with every word I said, him backing away, until he hit a wall.

Enzo moved out of the way as if knowing what I'll do, the rest of the boys following him, staring at me with confusion and fear.

" I threw it away." He finally said, fear etching his face.

Nobody messes with my coffee, especially when I don't sleep.

" Why would you do something like that?" I calmly asked, scaring myself. I know I was being a bit dramatic, but I didn't care.

"Because coffee isn't good for you and I'm not comfortable with you drinking it as much as you do."

Enzo shook his head as if to say ' bad idea'.

"Ok, well it looks like we're going shopping for more coffee and since I didn't get coffee this morning, we can stop by the café next to the mall, the reviews on that place are really good. When do we leave?" I asked, looking at Enzo and walking towards the stairs to get my phone from my room. I wasn't going to be calm, but I was too tired to punch him, so I stayed calm instead.

"We can leave whenever you want, bambina." Enzo said, followed by arguing from Carlo, but I was already in my room so I couldn't hear what was said.

This is a good opportunity to get painkillers at the store, I just have to make up something. My legs and ribs are killing me and the bruises aren't fading any time soon. I don't know how long I can keep this act up.
