  "You need to go to a hospital Mina" Kai huffed out. Mina was in the backseat of the car in a daze, halfway awake but still refused to go to the hospital.

"No-no just take me home. I'll call my private doctor" She heaved barley forming sentences. "Mina you're going to the hospital, or you will die. You cannot die, you need to make it home to Chaeyoung remember?" He sped through traffic getting all types of honks and words from different cars. Eventually, making it to the hospital he put the car in park rushing out the front seat to grab his baby sister who was completely passed out. His eyes widened when he saw the seat covered with her blood.

"Help us please my baby sister!" He shouted grabbing the staff's attention. Nurses and doctors rushed over to the siblings placing Mina on a stretcher while asking Kai questions.

"She has an abdominal stab and will need emergency surgery!" A doctor shouted informing the others. They rushed her into an operating room and told Kai to wait in the waiting room. Throughout the hours of waiting, Kai snacked on chips and gulped down three water bottles out of anxiousness before remembering about Chaeyoung. He may not know the girl well but he knew she was Mina's world by the way his baby sister's face lit up when mentioning her.

Kai decided to dial Sana's phone number wanting to check up on his future sister-in-law.

"Hey, Sana?" He sighed through the phone failing at sounding content, considering it had been hours and he still heard nothing back about Mina.

"Hey Kai. Do you know where Mina is? Chaeyoung is freaking out because she isn't answering any of her calls" Sana questioned instantly.

Kai ran his hands through his hair, "yeah she's in surgery currently, but once she's out we will head back to Texas immediately so she can recover there" he said.

As Sana was about to respond a doctor cleared his throat getting Kai's attention, "Mr. Myoui?"

"I'll call you back Sana" Kai said before hanging up the phone, "yes that's me. How's she doing is she alright?" Kai immediately bombarded the old man with questions.

"Yes Mr. Myoui the surgery was successful my team and I took care of her well. She had a deep stab wound in her abdomen, but with a few, well not a few, but quite a lot of stitches she is going to be on the road to recovery. For that to happen Miss Myoui is to be on bed rest. So no action, if she works it has to be in bed, healthy foods only just so she can get the proper nutritions since she will be resting for quite a while." The man said.

"Well currently she's living in Texas so is it okay if I discharge her right now and we head back so she can start her recovery there?" Kai asked not really caring for an answer as he was gonna discharge her anyways.

"Yeah that should be fine as long as Miss Myoui is resting for about 3 months. While in Texas you need to send us the hospital information of whatever hospital she goes to there so we can transfer her papers. She will need to see another doctor in a week to check up on her surgery and if any stitches rip go to the ER. Any more questions?" The old man asked looking over his papers one last time. Kai shook his head no and they both parted ways after he was given Mina's room number.
