Chapter 8 The Night

After they all left I decided to take a shower before I took a shower I looked at the clock to see that it was 8:00 so I had half an hour to take a shower then get out. After Lucas is taking me somewhere that he wants to surprise me with. As I am taking a shower I hear the door creek open so I ask..

"Hello?"

All I hear is chuckling. So I ask again..

"Hello?"

No answer. So I quickly turn off the water and open the shower curtain and no one is there. I grab the towel and step out of the shower,then the door flies open and there stands Lucas with a grin on his face.

"Was that you in here when I was asking hello?" I asked him.

"No" he said.

"Then who was it?" I asked raising one eyebrow.

"I can't tell you."

"Fine, let me get dressed and I will be out in a minute.

"Okay he said smiling then walked out the door.

As I got dressed I heard Lucas talking to someone. I walked out the door and into his bedroom to do my hair. I heard someone knock slightly on the bedroom door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"Well...Take a guess."

"Ummm..Lucas?"

"No."

"Sarah?"

"Nope."

"Star?"

"Not even close."

"Give me a clue please."

"I am your best friend."

"Umm..either Leah,Emma or Spencer?"

"Well.. it's Leah, Emma and Spencer!"

"Oh my gosh!" "Come in!" I yelled.

As they walked in I ran up to them and hugged them. They have been my best friends ever since we were in baby bouncers. We even have our own nicknames for each other.. Spencer-Spence Emma-Em Leah-Lees (Alana) Me-Lana. As I was thinking of all the reasons they were here I was suddenly snapped out of my train of thought.

"Lana,Lana earth to Lana" I heard Spence say.

"Wha what?" I said sounding like I was drunk.

"What happened we were talking to you?"

"I zoned out sorry."

"It's okay."

"Wait, why are you here?"

"We are part of your surprise!"

"Can you tell me what it is?"

"Well I think Lucas will get mad but there is that new movie out I think it's called Beastly and we are going to see it!"

"OMG! I wanted to see that so badly!"

"Well now you are!"

As we left and got in the car I got a call. I answered it and it was the person who is building our house.

"Is something wrong?"

"No, but your house is ready for you to move in."

I hung up and told Lucas who was filled with joy. We pulled into the movie theater and we got our tickets...

*After the movie*

We got home and I asked Lees,Em and Spence if they could sleepover. They all said yes of course.

We all went to bed and giggled like little girls at a sleepover.

In the morning I invited Lees,Em and Spence to come to our new house because I wanted to show them the wonderful pool in the back that Lukey told me about. As we pulled into the driveway they all said"Wow" in unison. It was weird.
