Katnip (Karkat x Nepeta)

Chapter 4: The mighty karkat!

Your name is karkat and you are walking to school holding hands with Nepeta. You are gleaming with joy, you just can't believe that you're smiling its unbelievable! She is... Your reason to smile! For someone who's known you for a while now, she knows thats quite impressive.

You are usually this sacrasic loud asshole who is usually pissed, now you are less commonly pissed. Its a little bit of a step up. You look over and see her giggle "WHAT?" She looks up "oh karkitty your smile is adorable!" You blush a little "HEH, THANKS. YOU KNOW YOU ARE WAY MORE ADORABLE THOUGH."

She giggles covering her face with the long sleeves of her green jacket. You make it too school and happily greet your friends. Your day is pretty slow until after school. You were waiting for Nepeta but she didn't show. You were confused, you went to look for her around the school.

You peeked around the cafeteria and couldn't believe your eyes. You walked over and saw Nepeta pushed against the wall cowering in fear as this punk ass snobby kid was in front throwing insults at her face.

"You stupid Cat girl! Wwhat's wwrong wwith you!?? Can't you get damn life!?" You are infuriated you jump out and approach him. "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SAYING THAT SHIT!?" Nepeta turns to you "Karkitty!" She yells with tears in her eyes. "You shut up!" The snob kid yells at her "I'm Eridan, wwho are you and wwhy do you care!?" You clench your fists tightly "MY NAME IS FUCKING KARKAT AND THAT'S MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND IS WHY I CARE!"

"Wwait, you actually care for this little shit?!!" He exclaimed, Nepeta whimpered "I said too shut up" Eridan shouted. "IF YOU SAY ONE MORE GOD DAMN THING I'M GONNA FUCKING PUNCH YOU!" You walk up standing right in his face with your fist clenched as tight as possible.

"Try me!" You instantly swing your fist hitting him in the corner of his mouth. He falls to the floor standing on his hands and knees, he growls "is that all!?" You kick him straight in the gut. He flops on the floor coughing up a little blood as blood runs from his popped lip.

"GET YOUR LITTLE ASS OUT OF HERE!!" He was slow to move but picked himself up and scampered away. You are breathing heavy as you watch him try to move as fast as he can.

You look over and see Nepeta with her big eyes filled with tears, her over sized jacket with a sleeve slightly covering her face as multiple tears run down her face. You stand there as a tear runs down your cheek, you open your arms.

She pushes off the wall and runs too you lightly crying, she jumps into your arms and leans in to kiss you. You kiss back, "thank you..." She whimpered, you smile a little and whisper "I'll never let you go." As you lean in to kiss her again.
