You were sitting on the sofa backstage at one of the boy's concert. It was only you and Lou, and a couple of guards in room. You had a tv-screen in the room where you could see them performing, though it wasn't at all the same thing as standing in the crowd but it was better than nothing. Normally you would've been in the audience with the fans but since you had felt a little "under the weather" the entire day you decided that it was better to stay backstage where it was calmer and you could lay down if needed. Cramps in your stomach had come and gone the entire day and some were worse than others. It felt like period cramps only some of them were a million times worse and made you want to roll over in pain and just cry. But of course you didn't. The thing was, that you weren't on your period, it actually wasn't due until next week which only made you even more confused, but you brushed it off thinking you maybe had come down with a bug or something. Another cramp came and you hunched over gripping the water bottle in your hand harder. "You okey there Y/N?" Lou asked from the other end of the room. "Yeah, fine." You said through gritted teeth as you tried to handle the pain. "That sure doesn't look fine. How long have you been feeling like this?" She looked worriedly at you as you continued to stare down the floor, avoiding her gaze since you didn't want her to see the look of pure pain on your face. "Just today" you panted out. "The entire day?" You nodded before you added:

"It has come and gone, it's not all the time." Lou got up and walked towards you and sat down beside you. "Can you describe the pain you think?" "It feels just like period cramps, only a million times worse. It's like someone is stabbing me from the inside." She took your free hand and gently squeezed it. "Come on, I'm taking you to the hospital" she said and tried to get you to stand up. "No! It's not that serious. I just need to wait it out." "So that it will come back again later? Not a chance." She gently made you stand up from the couch but it was something about that movement that your body didn't like because all of a sudden your vision started to become blurry and before you knew it you passed out in her arms.

Calums pov.

I rushed of the staged, adrenaline still pumping through my veins after the concert. I laughed as Michael squirted water over my head before I ran after him, chasing him with my water. He laughed as he ran in backstage. I turned to Luke who was walking right behind of me. "He is so going down, wanna help me?" I said and a smirk spread on his face as he only laughed and nodded. I was just about to run after Michael with my water bottle when I heard him scream "Calum, get in here". He sounded serious, actually he sounded almost scared. "Michael, do really think I'm that stupid." I laughed and rounded the corner to walk in the backstage room, ready to attack as soon as possible with my water bottle. But the scene in front of me was not the one I was expecting. On the couch laid Y/N, with two medics who were standing beside her, trying to move her over to the stretcher. "Y/N!" I screamed and ran forward to her, taking her lifeless hand in mine. "What the hell happened?" I asked and looked at her closed eyes, her nose and mouth was covered by a mask helping her breath. Lou went up to me and put a hand on my shoulder, her eyes were red and I could tell that she had been crying. "She was having cramps, so I told her that I was gonna take her to the hospital, first she refused but then when I got her to stand up she passed out, and she has been out since then. I called the ambulance and they're gonna take her to the hospital" her voice was shaking a bit as she spoke. "Are you her boyfriend?" One of the medics asked and nodded. "Yes." I was surprised my voice carried. "What's wrong with her?" I asked panicked. "I'm sorry but it's too early to tell. We will have her examined at the hospital and than we'll know. Are you gonna ride in the ambulance with us?" once again I nodded my head yes. "We'll meet you at the hospital." Ashton said but I could barely understand him, my head was a fog and I couldn't think clear, everything was just all too much. "She's gonna be okey" he said and gave me a quick hug before I had to let go and follow Y/N out to the ambulance.
