"Welcome back to Chick's Picks with Chick Hicks! I'm your host, your former and forever Piston Cup Champion, Chick Hicks!" Chick Hicks said.
"Doo Doo Doo Doo!" Chick Hicks said.
"This just in! Rookie Jackson Storm slams the proverbial door on Lightning McQueen!" Chick Hicks, while a screen was replaying the final lap of the race when Jackson Storm passes Lightning McQueen and wins the race.
"Oh ho ho. I couldn't have it enjoyed it more if I beaten McQueen myself. Oh, wait, I have!" Chick Hicks said.
"But enough about me. Here to tell you how it happened, it's professional number cruncher, Miss Natalie Certain!" Chick Hicks said.
"It's a pleasure to be here, Chick. And actually, I prefer the term statistical analyst." Natalie Certain said.
"Right!" Chick Hicks said.
"So, who is this mysterious newcomer, Jackson Storm? And why is he so darn fast?" Chick Hicks asked.
"It's no mystery if you study the database, Mr. Hicks. Jackson Storm is part of the next generation of high tech racers unlike the veterans of yesterday." Natalie Certain said. "What, old-timers like this guy?" Chick Hicks asked.
"Right." Natalie Certain said.
"Storm achieves his top speed by exploiting the numbers. I refer, of course, to racing data: tire pressure, downforce, weight distribution, aerodynamics and the next gens like Storm are taking advantage. The racing world is changing." Natalie Certain said.
"And that means that Lightning McQueen is down for the count! Am I right, Certain?" Chick Hicks said.
"I don't know about that but one thing that I am certain about is that this season is going to get more interesting by each minute." Natalie Certain said.
What was Natalie Certain talking about that the 2011 Season races are going to get more interesting? Find out in the next chapter!
