AZIA'S POV:

It's the next morning and my head is pulsing in pain from the nightmare of the night before. I throw my legs over the side of my bed and slowly stand up, all of a sudden, my vision goes black as I stretch my legs and arms, I fall back onto my bed and regain my vision shortly after, I take a large sip of the warm water on my bedhead before standing up again and walking over to my closet and putting on the same clothes as yesterday. I walk over to my bathroom and close the door behind me, I walk at my mess of a face in the mirror before pulling my pants down and sitting on the toilet, as the trickling sound of my pee hits the toilet bowl, I think to myself, 'I wonder if Vander's gonna speak to me when I go downstairs' I look to my left and grab a handful of toilet paper. After I'm finished I stand up and pull my pants to my waist, I walk back over to the mirror and brush my hair, tying it up into a purposely messy ponytail, after five minutes of trying to get the ponytail just right, I give up and go with what I have. With that, I walk out of the bathroom and down the staircase to the bar. I look around and I don't see Vander anywhere, "Vander?! Are you here?!" I yell, the bar opens in an hour or so, so it's weird that Vander isn't setting up, the bar was also in a mess from last nights crowd of people. I step through broken glass to look downstairs in Vander room to see if he slept in, "Vander?" I say in a quiet voice as I open his door slightly to look in. There is no response so I open the door fully and see nothing, only Vander's bedroom décor. I go back upstairs to the bar area to look around again. After a long while of searching for Vander, I'm unsuccessful, 'maybe Silco knows where he is, then again, why would Silco know?' I think to myself as I lift my hand to my forehead to think. I walk outside the door of the bar and wipe the sleep out of the inner corners of my eyes, I look around to see if Vander's outside, once again, I'm met with no Vander. I sigh in defeat and decide to walk to Silco's, despite what agreed upon last night, Vander wasn't around anyways. As I walk through the bright streets of the Undercity, I look to the rooftops and squint my eyes at the brightness of the sun. After a long walk, my feet started to hurt in my worn out shoes as I reach Silco's door, I raise my hand to knock but I'm stopped by the sound of enforcers marching down a nearby street, I look around the corner and see an army of enforcers armed with large guns and bombs. A couple enforcers break off to fight with innocent homeless people, a deafening bang went off behind them as fire and smoke fills the sky. My ears ring and I look to see the enforcers breaking into shops and houses reeking havoc to the undercity civilians, I bust open Silco's door to hide and I see him quickly turn around with a duffel bag on his shoulder as if he was preparing to run away, "Azi, what are you doing here, I was just about to get you, hurry, we must leave!" He says running towards my shoving a smaller bag into my chest, "go where Silco, what's happening?" I ask with my voice breaking from the stress, everything is happening so fast, "enforcers have started a war, Azi. We're not safe here," He says grabbing  my wrist and puling me out the door, there's fire everywhere and gunshots can be heard from every angle. Silco and I start running into an alley way and Silco breaks open a large sewage drain, "down here" He hurries, I don't ask questions, I just jump. I slide down the slimy tunnel as Silco follows slowly behind. I soon land in a pile of trash, I block my nose as the place reeks. Silco doesn't stop for a second, he once again grabs my hand and leads me to a large and rectangular metal door. He pulls a key from his coat pocket and puts it in the door, the ground shakes from the loud explosions going on up on the streets. Silco burst open the door and gently places me inside by my wrist, "stay here, I'll be back" My eyes widen and my mouth drops in fear, "Silco no!" I yell, "you can't, it's too dangerous" before I could finish, he had slammed the door shut and locked it from the outside, I rush my body into the door and rattle the handle trying to open it, "Silco you ass, get back here!" The door opens and a cocky smile forms on my face, I rush towards the open door trying to get out but I'm stopped by Silco pushing me back inside with his left hand, with his right hand, he reaches inside to a wooden circular stool that was next to door and grabs a knife,  "forgot my knife," he says with a playful smile and slams the door shut again. I scoff at his stubbornness and walk further into the room with my arms crossed. I look around and see Silco's hideout, I'm in awe at the place. for a moment my mind goes blank as I take in my surroundings, "whoa"  I whisper to myself, 'how did he find this place, and why haven't I seen it before' I wonder. As I stand in the middle, dust falls to my face as the sound of another explosion is mumbled by the concrete ceilings and walls, 'what about Vander'.

SILCO'S POV:

I run through the streets aimlessly fighting enforcers, everything feels as though it's in slow motion as I run towards the bridge to Piltover. My feet ache and my knuckles bleed as bruises form on my body. I stop and everything around me goes unnoticed as I see Vander's silhouette standing over a fire and a body holding a bloody knife. I sharply inhale as fear rushes through my body when I see Vander turning to face me. Vander starts storming over to me gripping the knife tighter, I try to back away but Vander grabs my neck and hold me off the ground, I claw at his forearm trying to free my throat, I try gasping for air but Vander tightens his grip. I grunt in exhaustion and pain, I feel my face going cold and tingly. Vander throws me over the bridge as I fall into the cold and deep water that catches me, an almost relaxed feeling grows inside my head as the water caresses and squeezes every crevasse of my body, but then the feeling of drowning hits and I try swimming to the top, my eye shoot open as Vander dives into my vision once again holding me by my neck pushing me further down into the polluted lake. Vander's face showed no guilt, no mercy, no sign of humanity, the brother I had grown up with was gone in this moment, I struggled for a moment to be released from his grip, until I relax my body looking down to his waist belt. A sign of hope was attached to it, I grab the knife and stab into side, Vander quickly releases my neck from his grip as I pull the knife out and lodge it into his hand. Vander grabs on to the stab wound as I quickly swim to the top. When I reach the the surface, I push my face out and take the deepest breath I possibly could before swimming the edge where I could get back onto the chaotic street, my arms are weak and my legs feel strained as I reach the step. I look back to where Vander has not yet surfaced, and I see a large amount of blood pollute the water, I sigh as my throat because sore, 'forgive me, Azia' I think, I turn around drenched and head back through the alleyways to get back to Azi, While I'm running, My right eye starts stinging horribly, I cup my eye in my right hand not stopping to take a single breath of air, the pain nearly becoming unbearable, I reach the sewage tunnel and before I know it, I'm back to the door with the key in my hand, I grunt in pain as I fling the door open and fall to my knees, I hold my right eye tightly with my hands. My vision goes black and my head becomes empty, "Silco!" Azia's voice was mumbles as I watch her run towards me, my head aggressively hits the floor as I lose consciousness.

AZIA'S POV:

I rush over to Silco as his eyes flutter trying to stay open, "Silco!" I watch as he falls to ground and before I can catch him, his head hits the hard floors and creates a loud thud. I practically slide along the floor on my knees to grab his unconscious body and hold him in my arms against my chest, worry fills my chest as the urge to cry creeps closer and closer, I sniffle as I frantically look around for something to put him on. My eyes fall upon a metal operation table, I struggle to drag Silco across the room and lift him onto the table. His right hand slips off his face and hangs over the side of the table, revealing his eye, it was open unlike the other, it looked horrifying, it was black with a rough orange pupil. Around his eye was a large scar that reaches from his forehead to his jawline, to his right ear and to the inner corner of his eye. I gasp at the horrendous sight, I look to my left and see a cloth sitting on a wooden bench, I grab the cloth and start patting around the infected area, Silco is completely drenched and his hair is slicked back messy. I put first two fingers together and check his pulse, it's still strong, I sigh in release and rest my head on his chest as I sit on the stool next to the metal operation table.
