“This is where you live?” Zayn asked as they arrived at a flat building and wandered inside.

“Yeah, it’s nothing much but you know . . . its home.” Shane smiled over to Zayn, almost knowingly, and that scared Zayn. Had she known something?

“Yeah well, it’s really nice.” Zayn cleared his throat and waited for Shane to unlock her door so that they could get inside. For the past month the only person he’s truly been hanging around was Shane, he didn’t know how it happened but they just appeared to bump into each other often. Shane would talk to him and he couldn’t help but reply, she had charisma and was quite the extrovert. She was the complete opposite of Zayn and she was someone he aspired to be.

“Welcome to my abode!” Shane said loudly and swung open the door. She turned around to face Zayn and gently pointed her finger at his chest. “The only thing I ask if that you don’t throw wild parties while I’m away.”

“What?” Zayn blinked, feeling dumbfounded and blindsided.

“Nothing, don’t worry about it,” Shane laughed gently and walked inside, her body obviously familiar with its surroundings. He watched her as she wandered into the kitchen and opened a cupboard, pulling out cups. “Want a cuppa?”

            “Yeah, sure.”

“What are you doing!? I’m going to be late for my train!” Harry scolded Louis who had literally hugged him tightly, restraining him from stepping onto that train.

“That’s the point,” Louis chuckled, pulling Harry away from the train as stares were directed their way. People were unsure if this was a kidnapping. “You don’t need to go home.”

“Yes I do need to go home; I have family that is expecting me!” Harry exclaimed as he struggled in Louis’ tight grip. He could feel Louis’ biceps flex against his shoulders and he clenched his jaw as his heart seemed to palpitate.

“You’re family can see your later.” Louis said as his voice had an amused tone and he lessened his grip on Harry when he felt that he wasn’t struggling as much.

“Why?” Harry asked as he held himself up the best he could, but with the help of Louis holding him up, it didn’t take much.

“Well, I feel like annoying you.” Louis spoke matter-of-factly and scrunched his face in pain when he felt a foot stomp onto his own.

“Let go of me you prick!” Harry shouted as his face flushed with red of anger and embarrassment. Louis released Harry and grumbled to himself as he looked to his foot, frustrated. “What the hell is wrong with you!?”

“Can’t I just pick on you? Geez, it’s not like I’m putting your life in jeopardy or anything.” Louis spoke annoyed with Harry, but he supposed it was to be expected.

“God, I just want to go home.” Harry mumbled, walking away from Louis to board his train. He glanced over his shoulder to see Louis standing there with his arms crossed with an expected look on his face. Harry rolled his eyes then gave him a ‘call me’ gesture and the doors closed, separating the two until break was over. That’s what Harry planned, but he didn’t know so much about Louis.

Harry furrowed his brows as he looked for a spot to sit and sighed deeply once he seated himself. He didn’t understand Louis, he could be such a prat and then magically he was decent. He pondered the idea that Louis could possibly have a bad case of bi-polar disorder, but that was highly unlikely, Louis was a mystery and this was a mystery he didn’t want to solve. It was awhile before Harry reached his destination, and he prompted to just gaze at nothing as this was the underground and he would be going to a place just at the outskirts of London to be picked up by his mother.

He couldn’t help but wonder what Liam was up to and how Niall’s flight home was going, he would miss those two. They made his life so much worth the while and he felt that he could be himself around them; they gave him the chance and saw past his odd quirks. It wasn’t his fault that he was like this; it was a relationship that had gone so wrong, so terribly wrong.

Harry enjoyed high school up to a point, he had met someone then that made him feel liked and wanted. Her name was Julia. She was a very beautiful, smart creature, and she was so nice with everyone. Especially to him, he felt that he had gotten special treatment from her, although there were many girls that were kind to him. Everyone seemed to want to be friends with Harry, and he didn’t mind that at all. He was all for having friends, but no one was quite like Julia. She was so considerate, and she knew how to act around him. It felt natural to be with her, and it was wonderful. That all changed after they had become an item and being together for nearly a year, things changed. Harry began to notice the changes in him, he wasn’t interested in girls anymore and he began to realize something. He realized that there was something very wrong with him, he began to like men. It wasn’t anything like a man crush, no, this was more than that.

Harry knew that he was gay around senior year and he had, had a talk with Julia about his situation. Julia surprised him greatly, and even scared him; she threatened him not to just cut off their relationship. She was so different and he was told it was all an act to get with him; she wanted to be with him because he was so popular, everyone respected him, wanting to be his friend because he was so talented in seemingly everything and being with Harry would give her the same treatement, the same popularity. Harry couldn’t believe his ears when she threatened to spread his secret, along with travesty of his situation. She was going to spread lies and the only way to stop this from happening was that she forced him to swear on his very life to keep this a secret and pretend that nothing had changed between them.

He had never been so uncomfortable in his life; he knew he wasn’t the greatest actor so it was difficult to keep up with Julia’s expectations. Kissing her, holding her hand constantly was a hurtle that was difficult to overcome, and he was beginning to get sick. Mentally and physically he was getting weak, and he was attending school less and less. His mother knew something was wrong but he forbid himself to speak the truth, it would only last until the end of the year. Only then could he end things with Julia, only then could he end this contract with the demon he had been bound to.
