Finally a family

After a while we turned into a family. Then my mom came back around. she tried to make km leave. I told her that he wasn't going nowhere and we got into a big fight. he end up staying but my mom end up leaving but this time she tried to take the boys. I called the police and they said that it was her right. but they did say for the well-being the boys and my mom had to stay home. I asked the police is there anything I can do to get the boys in my custody. They said that I'll have to have my own house and have proof that I have my own house and job. I explained to him that I was paying the bills in my mom house and that she was never here. He told me to get the lease over in my name and then I can get the boys in my custody. then I explained to him that I wasn't yet 18 that I was only 17. He told me to get emancipated and that he would help me. I've been talking to the police I looked up more information about all of it. I found me a lawyer and I got everything started. it took me about 4 months to get emancipated. it took me another month to get the boys in my custody. Then I had to get the lease signed over in my name which was the hardest because my mom wouldn't let the house go. I end up getting my own house in Pontiac which was closer to one of my jobs. I used km car to get around. I made the boys go to school in Pontiac. Serenity turned into daddies little girl. Everything was going well into km started smoking weed. He started hanging back out with his friends. He left the house forcing me to get my own car. After that I stopped hearing from him. I looked on instagram to see a picture of him and a new girlfriend. She was pregnant. I commented asking was she pregnant with his baby and when he was coming home with his family. He didn't say anything back. I texted him the same thing I put on instagram he didn't answer into a week later saying yes it's his baby and he have to he there for her.
