y/n's pov

byeol finished her breakfast and we all headed out to run errands.
"mama? can I buy?" byeol pointed to a Barbie doll.
"okay byeol but this will be your birthday present from mama if you buy this." i said and she nodded and put it in the cart.
"uppie" she wanted to go into the cart to hold onto her toy.
"bro we gotta get dog food for layla."
"okay go get it." aera pushed Jake to the animal section.
"y/n." she said looking at a lip shade and I turned around to look at her. uh no.
"what? is everything okay?" she turned to look at me.
"I found my soulmate." i looked at her and she looked worried.
"who?!?" i asked her.
"jake. jake sim."
"well isnt that a good thing? you've had a crush on him for so long?"
"well I'm just scared. apparently we are getting a baby to take care of too." she looked down.
"y/n how do you do these things?" a tear slipped from her eye and I hugged her.
"I don't know. taking care of 2 1/2 kids is hard. but I have heeseung to help so Jake will definitely do the same and if he doesn't then we will have a talk." she laughed.
"oh and aera I have to tell you something."
"what?" she asked
"I'm dropping out of school."
"huh- what? i thought it was your dream to go to college and we said we would go together?!?!?"
"aera calm down. I'm doing it for the sake of my kids! i don't want to miss them growing up. and I know heeseung is going to be against it but I can't I have to." just then Jake came and put the dog food in the cart and aera wiped her tears.
"let's go." i walked away with the cart. we checked out and went back to the car.
"here you go baby share with your sister." i gave byeol some goldfish for her and areum to share.
"omg areum and byeol's birthday is soon." aera said.
"yes feb 14 and 15!" i watched as byeol put a goldfish in areum's mouth feeding it to her.
"yeolie? how old are you turning?" i asked her and she stuck up 3 fingers.
"how about you reumie?"
"ahhdhshdu" she tried to talk.
"reumie is turning 1" byeol said.
"good job baby." just as we got home heeseung was home too.
"here baby hold your Goldie's and momma is gonna open the door." i gave byeol the goldfish and opened the door. she held areum's hand and went inside.
"here take off your shoes." i took both their shoes off and they went to look for heeseung.
"DADA!" i could just hear the kids running towards heeseung while I'm putting away their shoes.
"hello babies." i saw him picking up both of them at once.
"yah lee heeseung." i scolded him.
"what?!"
"don't what me. what if one of them gets hurt like that."
"sorry ma'am" he said and I scoffed.
"where's wonnie?" i looked in his room and he wasn't there.
"he went to his friends house." heeseung said and put down the kids. and areum cried.
"mama."areum cried to me and wanted me to pick her up.
"oh my baby what's wrong." she cried into my shirt and I figured she wanted to take a nap.
"im gonna put her down for a nap." i headed upstairs and she wouldn't stop crying.
"shhh it's okay." i laid her in our bed and she took her bottle.
later on she fell asleep and heeseung went into the room with a sleeping byeol too.
"I think we should monitor byeol she seems like she's gonna have a cold soon." he placed her in the connecting bed next to ours and I put areum in the crib.
"baby~ come here." he said wanting me to cuddle with him.
"you only get clingy at night huh? what if we have another kid we can't cuddle like this forever-" thats when it hit me dropping out of school. i pushed him away a little and caressed his face.
"heeseungie. don't get mad." he nodded.
"I need to drop out of school." i said and he frowned and took my hands off his face.
"what about the promise you had with aera?!"
"we were 8 and now I have kids and tuition fees are a lot." heeseung hugged me even more.
"are you sure?" he asked.
"yes I'm 100% sure." i just played with his hair deciding if that was the right choice.
"okay whatever makes you happy makes me. goodnight i love you."
"I love you too." he kissed me on the cheek and he fell asleep before me.
it was no 3 am and I was writing my last essay.
"time to feed areum again." i got up and picked up areum and fed her a bottle.
"noona." jungwon came into our room dressed up in his bear pajamas half awake half asleep and we were all matching.
"yes wonnie?"
"can I sleep with you guys I had a bad dream."
"yeah go in bed I have to finish my last essay before I drop out." i sighed and sat at the desk while jungwon laid next to heeseung.
once I finished my essay I laid down in byeol's bed right next to heeseung and I's and I put areum down and I realized I had to say goodnight to jungwon so I got up and kissed jungwon on the cheek and laid down in the middle of areum and byeol.

IN THE MORNING

i was woken up to aera's call.
<ON CALL>
"hello?" i answered with my morning voice.
"Y/N IM OUTSIDE IM PANICKING CAN YOU OPEN THE DOOR?"
"yeah I'm coming hold on." j hung up the phone and ran down stairs she sounded like someone died.
"are you okay?-" i stopped myself she was in my position! she had a baby carrier. she went inside and jake followed her in.
"where's heeseung?" he panicked and I said he was upstairs and he ran upstairs causing the baby in the car seat wake up. it was crying and finally I spoke up and said,
"we'll are you not going to pick it up?!??" she looked at me and gulped. and before I knew it I went to pick HER baby up for her.
"here hold it gently like this." i gave her, her baby and she was rocking it back and forth. just as the baby calmed down heeseung, Jake, and jungwon came downstairs with areum and byeol.
"mama!" byeol ran to me and I picked her up.
"good morning baby. say hi to aunty aera."
"baby?" byeol pointed at the baby and I walked it off and went to heeseung.
"good morning big baby." i said and kissed his cheek and everyone gaged.
"ew get a room." jungwon threw a pillow at us and I gave him a glare.
"yang jungwon." i said and he just nodded.
"sorry ma'am." he said and everyone chuckled.
"okay so we gotta go shopping what time is it?"
"6:30?!!,!,!" jungwon looked at his phone and gasped.
"YANG JUNGWON GET READY RIGHT NOW!!!" i yelled while he ran upstairs and I took areum from heeseung and went upstairs to get them dressed.
"which one you want to wear yeol?" i put out 2 matching outfits for them and she picked a cardigan with jeans. i got their outfits on them and I went to choose mine and heeseung's.
