Two Worlds Collide

Chapter 1 A New World Begins

Everybody in life thinks that there is nothing to life except for their daily routine. But for some people, they know otherwise. They have routines that are different from others instead of waking up, going to school or work, and then coming home. These people, their special people... They are chosen. They all have abilities and they were born to eventually meet in life. All of them don't know that until they are taught who they are meant to be.

Katie laid there in her bed thinking. How could she ever be queen? It's not like a strong boy with brown hair will appear. She may be sixteen but she can still marry. Her parents may have died when she was ten, but she was fine now. It's not like She doesn't have friends, she has Piper.

Piper is a big bat, with a big sixteen-foot wingspan, like all of the other bats. She has gold fur with two white lines in the middle of her back. The gold is fairly clean.

Piper comes into the room and asks "Would you want to do the tight circle with me and another person?" The final part was very quiet but I can still hear her.

"Piper I don't feel like I should." Katie hesitates to say the second part "Piper I know what you said in the last part and is it a handsome boy that I would like?" Katie says in a sad tone of voice

"No, but you were close, it's one of your friends?" The big bat replies.

"Is it Kinnley? I know because she's twins with my other friend Torie and they're my only friends other than you."

"Okay let's go down the hall to the field." Piper finally says ti finish the conversation

They started walking down the hall. The hall had beautiful paintings of the past kings and queens, two of them were her great-great-grandparents queen Luxa and King Gregor the overlander. Times have changed now, new wars. The rats turned bad after Ripred's death they only followed because he represents the rats, thenceforth they turned evil.

They got stopped when a row of mice started going down the hall so they had to stop

They finally made it to the field where Kinnley, Torie, and Kinnley's bat, carrot were waiting for them. Kinnley was small but she was incredibly athletic. She had dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Took you long enough to get here, what's the cause?" Kinnley asks in a disappointed tone of voice.

"Only the cutest mice in the whole entire ground. Katie replies excitedly in a tone of voice while Kinnley's frown turns into a smile.

"Will you two quiet down? I'm trying to read over here" Torie says while reading.

Torie Has the same facial features as Kinnley but she has brown eyes and their emotions are not the same. Torie has a mean side while Kinnley is sweet and gentle. Katie is still confused about how they became twins.

"We should go somewhere first, I just ate. I don't want to puke while spinning, that would be nasty, honestly saying." Kinnley says."What about a nice field where we can go first and digest?"

"Wouldn't you go to the bathroom after that?"

"True, okay let's go to the open field where we first met?"

"What about me? I don't have a bat." Torie joins in the conversation.

"You can hop on with Piper and me if you want?" Katie suggests to Torie.

"I'd rather choke to death. I'll just hop onto carrot the better bat out of the two." Torie says while looking away from Katie.

"Okay, you don't have to be so mean." In Katie's opinion, Kinnley is a lot nicer than Torie. Katie was thinking, why is Torie so mean yet Kinnley is so nice. Does Torie have a naughty and nice switch? Because if so, I'm going to have to find it and flip the switch and turn her nice. Okay, in her defense everybody in the city thinks that Kodi is meaner than Kinnley, it's just facts
