The Bat was formed of the night, and the lines between it and the night blurred, to the point that it became all but invisible in the shadows, only able to be seen by the glow of its eyes, or a shadow blotting out the little light of the moon as it flew in the skies, surveying its territory. Despite a solemn vow swearing off interference in mortal lives, he's flung headfirst into an adventure of the lifetime-at least this one-when she falls from a ladder onto him and he realizes her aura is strong enough to attract a swarm of vampires. Chagrined about blowing his cover yet not wanting his current entertainment to be consumed by his fellow life suckers, he whisks her away to his real home while trying to decide what to do with her. Her aura grows stronger until it's practically a vampire-calling beacon. The more he studies her, the more questions arise. Not the least of which is: what is eternity actually worth?

This is a collection of my poems. None of them are arranged in any particular order, but the dates are recorded, so I would advice considering my age when I wrote these. Enjoy! =D

Gregor has found himself back in the Underland with a thrilling new adventure. Will he be able to save the people he loves? His pregnant wife Cheshire, a more responsible and logical version of her husband, wants Alfie to survive to see their babe born though would rather help him fight than remain on the sidelines as a bystander. The destitute cat clan is desperate for food whereupon the loyal Russian Blue cat Amos is relied on to provide for his faction; Amos hoping to end their hunger by offering up Alfie's clan. A violent king snake called King wants nothing more than to kill others to show his prowess in murder, but finds himself a prisoner of the infamous bat clan of High Peak Mountain. This bat clan hopes to spread their dominance over Atwater Woods while systematically enslaving other creatures including the crow Korvus and a bat known as Batskins. Meanwhile, there is a creature who can shape-shift into anything that it kills and therefore blend in though no one seems to know who or what it is.
