You seem familiar

Joshua was devastated. Not because he was upset but because he was beyond embarrassed. It honestly wasn't that big of a deal but anything embarrassed Joshua at this point.

Finally it was the end of the day and Joshua could go back home and relax. It had been a exhausting day and all Joshua wanted to do was go home and cry into his pillow. He was just about to leave when he realized it, the rain falling from the sky and the dark gray clouds.

Why god, Joshua thought. Why does it have to rain on the one day I forget to bring an umbrella.

Joshua sighed for the what was probably the fifth time today. Nothing wanted to work in his favor today.

"Are you okay?" Joshua startled again.

He really needs to learn how to warn people before he starts talking damn. Joshua turned around in his chair greeted by the handsome (not that Joshua would admit that) man.

"I'm okay Mr. Yoon sorry for troubling you." Joshua nodded

"That's alright. You can head home now you know it's already 5:30." The blonde headed man smiled.

"Ah, yes about that.." Joshua nibbled on his bottom lip worriedly glancing out the window.

"Oh it's raining. Do you not have an umbrella?"

Joshua shook his head, "I forgot to bring it quite illogical of me." He tried to laugh but it came out pretty forced. Jeonghan wouldn't say that though.

"You can share one with me. Sorry I do not have an extra umbrella."

"Sorry?"

"I said we can share one. If that's okay with you." He smiled slyly.

"Oh no.. that's too much trouble and I don't want you to have to walk in the rain with me." Joshua chimed.

"Walk?" The man repeated.

"Yeah. You see I normally walk back home because I don't really have a car." Joshua was embarrassed to say that to him. Joshua was twenty-three and still didn't have a car that was pretty pathetic.

"I can drive you home." The taller smiled.

Joshua's eyes widened, "No, no. It's fine really I can just walk to the store and buy one."

"You'll get soaked and probably be sick. I don't want that, I promise it's no trouble."

Joshua still hesitated but eventually agreed he didn't want to say no and then irritate his new boss even more.

Joshua followed Mr. Yoon to his car and when he unlocked it Joshua couldn't believe his eyes. This man must be pretty wealthy because he had a wonderful looking car.

"A-are you sure this is okay?" Joshua asked again. He wasn't totally sure it was good to step inside your bosses luxury car.

The man chuckled, "It's fine trust me."

Joshua just gulped and stepped inside the car slowly regretting his decisions. He should have just walked in the rain and not have complained.

Even though Joshua has never seen Jeonghan's car before he couldn't help but notice that it seemed to look familiar. Maybe he was just seeing things.

He tried not to look around too much he didn't like to snoop or invade people's personal things. Joshua realized the car smelt good it didn't smell like some kids had eaten a McDonald's happy meal in here and it didn't smell like sex or cigarettes. That was interesting to him because normally that's what everyone else's car smelt like.

Jeonghan's had a nice scent of lavender it almost smelt like some expensive cologne you would buy for a ridiculously high price. It sounded weird but Joshua liked the scent, he really needs to stop being so weird it's just a car.

Jeonghan pulled the car into drive and pushed on the gas pedal. Something about his movements seemed way too nostalgic and Jisoo was beginning to wonder if he really is losing his mind.

The ride was silent and Joshua just awkwardly waited as Jeonghan drove to his apartment. He didn't think it could get anymore awkward then again he didn't really know why he expected Jeonghan to have a conversation with him. He was just driving one of his employees home as a favor no deal.

Jisoo looked out the window and watched the rain drops slam against it.

"We're here. Sorry the drive was so long." Jeonghan apologized but Jisoo immediately shook it off "It's alright there's no need." He assures.

He walked up the stairs and Jeonghan waited outside in his car until he saw him get inside safe. Something about that little action made his heart flutter and he felt sick at himself for even thinking about something like that. For goodness sake he was his boss not his boyfriend. Jisoo needed to stop acting like a high school girl who just got her first crush.

He sat down on his bed and silently began to wonder what kind of place Jeonghan lived in. He recalls his old supervisor saying that he lived in an apartment and Jisoo became embarrassed by the thought. Jeonghan probably lived in a million dollar luxury apartment while Joshua was renting a low quality apartment for not even a portion of that price.

And that's when it hit him. It smacked him right in the face and his eyes widened in shock.

How did Jeonghan know where he lived? He wouldn't have time to check all of the employees background history and there's no way that Joshua had ever told him where he lived.

So then he realized, Jeonghan was the cab driver from the night where Joshua had a little too much to drink on his birthday. The memory was vivid but now he understands why he got nostalgia and why Jeonghan seemed so familiar.

Except.. Jeonghan wasn't a cab driver at all.
