[2nd Person's POV]
You two enjoyed your walk quite a bit. Both of your hands swayed back and forth as you walked happily. The busy streets of Brighton buzzed with busy people conversing with one another, to the many vehicles driving past one another. It was the usual, everyday scene.
"Busier than usual innit?" Wilbur asked jokingly. You nod in response, grinning.
"Ah, as usual." You joked back. Out of the blue, a gust of cold wind passed you by, sending a shiver down your spine. You moved closer to Wilbur out of impulse. He untwined your hands to wrap his arm around you.
"Should've brought a jacket. I didn't expect it to be this cold." You muttered. Wilbur looked at you before taking of his jacket and handing it to you. You look at it for a second before accepting it and putting it on.
"Thank you Will." You smile, planting a kiss on his cheek. He blushed quite a bit before responding.
"Don't mention it. Neither of us want to get a cold, do we?" He chuckled, ruffling your hair again.
"Hey, stop that." You giggled, fixing it all over again. He patted your back and continued to walk to the park. It'd be rewarding in the end anyways.
Soon enough the Ferris Wheel was in your sight. Your eyes lit up with excitement. It's been a while since you've been in places like these. Wilbur noticed your excitement and chuckled.
"Energetic are we now?" He grinned. Your gaze fell on the creases in the corners of his eyes. You loved his smile, his eyes, his hair. You loved, him. He noticed your gaze. His smile softened. He cupped your cheek, snapping you out of your thoughts.
"Save your staring for later Y/N." He smirked. Your eyes widened.
"Ah! I'm so sorry for staring." You apologized profusely. He said it was fine and that you didn't need to apologize anymore. You were still very much embarrassed about the fact you were staring at him for that long. Not that you could help it.
-Timeskip-
The whole day spent between you two was the most enjoyment you've ever felt in a long, long time. He bought you cotton candy, watched you fail at a claw machine about five hundred times, well, until he had to convince you to stop spending all your money in the hopes to get a simple stuffed animal. Soon enough, many hours have passed. Both of you were exhausted, but happy nonetheless.
"Okay, okay. Last ride for today what shall it be?" Wilbur asked, absentmindedly fluffing his hair. You knew it'd be cliché, but the Ferris Wheel to end the day off seemed pretty fair.
"How about the Ferris Wheel? I really would like to see the view!" You beamed. He laughed softly before nodding.
"Good idea." He piped. You both walked to ticket booth to buy two tickets for the ride. The line was long, but not as long as you both thought it would be. When it was your turn to get on, you were giddy with excitement and nervousness all mixed around in your stomach. Wilbur carefully led you in into the slowly moving passenger car. The worker shut the door and now it was just you and him across from each other. You couldn't tell, but Wilbur was nervous himself.
"So.." The tension was filling the small space. You felt warm even in it's air conditioned state. Your car was slowly getting to the top. Wilbur held your hands in his.
"You enjoyed today, right?" He asked, hopefull you enjoyed it as much as he did.
"Of course I did, I loved today. I'm glad you took me here Will. I really am." You smiled. His grin widened, a small laugh escaping too. Nothing could be better.
As your cart reached the top, the Ferris Wheel paused. You knew it would only stop for a few seconds before continuing it's trip down. You leaned in slowly, he did too. Your eyes shut tight, butterflies going insane in your stomach. Your lips met and time slowed down at an instant. Your knees felt weak yet you were sitting. Your heart pounded in your chest. It felt euphoric like watching bright fireworks erupt in a dark night sky. This was the kiss you've dreamt of forever. A kiss straight from a fairytale. There was something so elating from the way his hands curled around yours. He kept his eyes slightly open, just a peek, taking a guilty look at you. He smiled into the kiss, it was wonderful and joyous and mesmerizing all at once.
'Please, don't be just my imagination.' You thought to yourself.
You both pulled away after five seconds or more. Time paused just for that moment. You were both red as strawberries in spring. You were speechless. The only thing you could physically let out was a small laugh. It seemed too good to be true. Thank God it was real. You pinched yourself enough to know for sure.
As you reached the bottom, the door opened and you both hopped out. The day ended on a good note, great note even.
"Time to go home." He said. You nod. Sure you seemed calm on the outside, but on the inside? You were freaking out. You kissed on a Ferris Wheel, the most cliché thing to ever happen. You bite the inside of your cheek, trying to calm yourself down since you were starting to hear your own heartbeat.
As you two arrived on your doorstep, you took Wilbur's jacket off, handing it to him.
"Thank you Will. This whole day was amazing." You looked at him, blushing mad.
"It was nothing. I'd be glad to take you out anytime Y/N." He replied, planting a kiss on your forehead. You snicker before planting a kiss on his cheek.
"It's time for work. It calls." You groaned. Wilbur chuckled.
"It's about time I started streaming anyway." He ruffled your hair.
"Is that going to be an everyday thing from now on?" You asked. He nodded laughing.
"I'll talk to you later Y/N...Love you." The last bit caught you off guard for a second. You came back to your senses.
"Love ya too Will." You smile, unlocking your front door and walking in. You peeked out your window and saw Wilbur punching the air, looking very happy. You giggled and off you went to do the work you.put off for six hours or more.
