Ch. 3: Matt and Katherine

Matt and Katherine have a bit of a moment on the way to Tyler's for Homecoming. Set during Season 3 Episode 9.

When Matt arrived at the Salvatore's tonight he thought it would be to pick Rebekah up and take her to homecoming, now everything has changed. Not only is homecoming at Tyler's now, but Rebekah isn't his date... Katherine is. Now, he's sitting in the Salvatore's couch listening as Stefan, Damon and Elena explain what's going on without actually giving him any real information.

"Wait, so why would you put a dagger in Rebekah if she helped you?" Matt asked with a slightly disgusted face.

"Oh, Matty Blue Blue you look hot!" Katherine said as she descended the stairs wearing a short black dress and a black coat. She had nude heels and her hair was curled and styled to perfection.

"Uh thanks. You look... great?" He responded earning chuckle from everyone in the room.

Katherine walked to the door, " Well, let's get this over then."

Katherine and Matt left the Salvatore house and got into Matt's truck and took off. Katherine looked around the truck judging it. It smelled old, it looked old and for heaven's sake there wasn't even a center console between them.

"Where am I supposed to put my arm?" She asked breaking the silence.

"What?" He looked at her confused.

"There isn't a center console. Where am I supposed to put my arm?" She explained slowly.

"That's not really my problem, is it?" Matt's eyes returned to the road.

Katherine placed her hand on Matt's leg. "Guess this will have to do." She smirked even though he didn't acknowledge her in the slightest. "Oh, Matty... why so glum?" She fake pouted.

"Because honestly I just wanna get this night over with." Matt said keeping his eyes on the road.

"You sound stressed. I can help with that, you know?" She slid her hand up his leg a bit.

Matt looked over at Katherine confused, "I'm not into you like that. No thanks."

"You know you're so hot when you say no." Her  hand inched it's way up his leg a little more.

"Katherine, stop."

"Think about it this way... you're always gonna be in love with Elena, well Elena is my Doppelgänger. That means she looks just like me, so it will just be like you're fucking Elena." Her hand slid the rest of the way up and grabbed Matt's crotch. "Or like Elena is fucking you."
