Leonardo was sitting on a bench near the ocean, holding a phone in his hand. This was their place. They were happy here and spent long, joyful minutes together. For the first time, Leo felt here he had found his soul mate. On the beach, they felt good.Today was her audition day, for which Victoria has been preparing for the past two years. At this moment, Leo had to be there, support, because he had promised. The weight of guilt fell heavily on his shoulders.
The sky was overcast with a heavy dark cloud. It predicted a severe thunderstorm. The cloud quickly engulfed the sky in darkness. Leo's soul was similarly dark and void. The beach became quiet. A strong wind blew in, whistling in the ears, creeping under the clothes, and chilling the skin. The ocean was raging. Giant black waves rolled out and crashed into the shore, making a loud noise.
Leo wanted to hear her voice. Just to hear her voice again! To make sure that she was doing well, she was happy. He would feel relieved and glad if he knew she was happy. This would give him the strength to carry on his unbearable burden, give a small gap in his dark, empty and gloomy life.
With shaking hands, Leo dialed the number. The blonde called Victoria, for the first time since his flee and betrayal.
Leonardo dialed the familiar number and was greeted by the robot's voice: "This subscriber does not exist." Everything inside snapped. Pain and emptiness tore his body apart.
This was the worst thing Leo could hear at the time. This subscriber no longer existed! How could it not exist?! After all, everything that happened between them was real!
He suddenly felt despair and loneliness. The worst thing was that Leo didn't speak to a person at this time. He was answered by a robot which didn't care why he called a non-existent subscriber. It's like banging your head against a thick, impenetrable wall or shouting in a crowd but no one hears you.
Leo's hands were trembling. He dialed Victoria's number again, but the response was the same.
She erased him from her life in the same way that his mother removed him from photograph. "Nobody needs you! You just ruined everything! " yelled a disgusting voice from within.
Tears rolled down Leonardo's face. He thought: "At least noone sees me." After all, men don't cry.
Precisely because "men do not cry", they live a short life, more often die of heart diseases, suffer from neuroses. Who invented this? After all, men are also living humans.
Leo got into the car and rested his head on the steering wheel, his shoulders were shaking.
A downpour has begun. The dark sky was lit up by lightning strikes. The heaviest thunder muffled Leo's sobs. As if nature was crying along with him.
Suddenly the young man froze. He raised his head and wiped away his tears. His face became cold and unreadable again as if he had made a decision.
He decided something for himself and thus became calm. His gaze was blank and distant. He made a decision, and suddenly he didn't care. Indifference is worse than suffering. When a person does not care, he is ready to commit irreparable deeds.
Leo drove away from the beach and onto the highway. It was pouring outside and visibility was poor on the way. As Leonardo drove away from the city, he reached top speed.
Oncoming cars headlights flashed in front of Leo's eyes at breakneck speed. Leo passed the cars in front of him. The guy was racing around like a crazy person. He had no idea where he was going or why. He was driving at full speed in the midst of rolling thunder, flashes of lightning, and a severe thunderstorm.
"You are useless! Do you hear me! Don't pretend you're not aware of my presence! You are worthless! Why were you born in the first place? You are a mistake!" an inner voice screamed increasingly loudly.
"Fuck you! Shut up !" Leo yelled even louder to drown out his thoughts.
Suddenly his car abruptly spun on the asphalt. It swerved off the road, rolled several times, and crashed into a tree. Everything happened in a split second. All his life flashed before Leo's eyes in those few seconds. He saw Victoria's tear-stained face.

Susan Williams was drinking wine with a friend. She went to the kitchen to get a new bottle. The woman returned to the living room with the alcohol. Something pricked in her chest, and her heart sank. Susan felt an unsettling sense of anxiety. The bottle fell to the floor with a crash as the hands shook. Red liquid flooded a new expensive carpet, scattering shards across the living room.

Victoria was alone in the room. She took out her talisman from her diary, which was their only joint photograph in the boat. Tears ran down her cheeks. The girl lit a candle and brought the picture to a bright flame. A fire engulfed the photo's corner, leaving brown streaks in the image. The flames began to erode Leo's image. Victoria was looking into his sad blue eyes.
Suddenly the sash of the window flew open and the wind rushed into the room. A powerful stream of air ruffled her hair, knocked the sheets of paper off the table, and extinguished the flames. Victoria looked at the picture and saw that only brown stains remained in the place of Leo's image.

Leonardo sat in the driver's seat, motionless. He was unable to move.
He eventually heard a woman's voice and saw an alarming face in front of his eyes. He would never forget her horrified expression. The woman yelled:
"How are you? Can you speak? Do not move! I'll call an ambulance now! They will come quickly! Hold on!"
Leo just shook his head and kept repeating "Don't! Don't!"
"What, what I can't hear!" she tried to get closer to Leo so she could hear him.
"Don't," the young man said quietly.
The woman covered her mouth with her hands in horror. The meaning of his words dimly reached her. She will never forget his empty, sad eyes, full of despair.
She took out her phone and began dialing 911. Then there were shouts and voices, as well as the sounds of sirens.
Leo couldn't tell if he had truly lost control or if he had purposefully swerved off the road at full speed to silence that obnoxious voice and to numb his pain. Everything was hazy. As if it was happening not to him. He only remembered how badly he wanted this pain to end.
Leo felt blood pour down his face. Red drops dripped down his cheek and chin and onto his clothes, leaving bright red stains. He wanted to wipe his face with his hand, but he couldn't. He wanted to get up and walk, but his legs wouldn't cooperate. But the body was fighting for survival at any cost.
His eyelids become heavy all of a sudden. Leo began to fade into obscurity. He fought the weakness, but his eyes closed on their own.
Leo passed out. Through his sleep, he heard the screams and voices of people. Someone shouted:
"He's still alive, get him out."
Then the blond felt someone's hands grab him and pull him out of the car. They put him on the surface. He could feel the hard, wet, cold ground with his back. The rain poured down on his face.
The guy felt that his body was covered with a blanket. It became quiet and dark.
