Tommy listened as the wind swept past his ears. He decided to get out of the house once again to see the city a bit more. Besides the small stall markets that littered the streets, there were also small buildings will signs that marked them as a business that popped up in the walls here and there.
One he came to caught his eye.
There wasn't anybody on this side of the city, and the place honestly looked abandoned. The sign that was outside looked home-made with cardboard while another sign above it was more real looking.

SAM NOOK'S RELAXING ROOMS
There weren't any windows, but by the name of the building, he could tell it was supposed to be some sort of library but without the book part. He opened the door and a little wind chime went off instead of the normal annoying doorbell.
He heard little footsteps come rushing from another room. A small boy who looked like he couldn't be older than 5 or 6 hopped up the stairs so he was eye level with Tommy behind the counter.
"HELLO, I'M SAM NOOK. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RELAX?"
Tommy shrugged and nodded.
"THEN FOLLOW ME!"
The little boy hopped down the steps and led him to a really quiet room. He could tell the walls were lined with some soundproof material.
"I WAS JUST ABOUT TO RESUME PAINTING, WOULD YOU LIKE TO WATCH OR WOULD YOU LIKE A DIFFERENT ROOM?"
Tommy shook his head.
"I'd love to watch."
Though a sweet raccoon mask covered his face, he could tell the little boy smiled.
"Do I need to pay you?"
"NOPE! I'M HERE FOR PEOPLE TO RESOLVE THEIR ANXIETY. I CAN ALSO TALK TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO KEEP UP A CONVERSATION?"
Tommy shook his head again and sat down on the couch that was in the corner of the room, the giant canvas with what seemed to be a painting of the outside plastered on it.
Sam Nook continued his painting. Even though he seemed as though he was only a child, he painted like a professional. Though he was certain this child had never seen the outside before, he almost had it spot on: trees that look like they go on for miles, endless meadows, oceans that stretch farther than the skyline, a blinding sun in the bright blue sky, and mountains that reach high into the deep blue.
Tommy was in awe at this kid's talent. He almost yearned to reach out and walk through the painting and never be seen here again. He could become a little kid again that traveled through the earth, examining life's beauty in all of it's glory.
But he sat back and only watched. Sometimes he misses the outside, but not more than he basks in the love he found in the city.
"Sam Nook! It's time to go home!"
Tommy snapped his eyes open. Had he been dreaming?
"LOOKS LIKE YOU FELL ASLEEP. I HOPE YOUR NAP WAS WORTH IT FOR YOU, BUT YOU MUST LEAVE NOW."
Tommy nodded.
'Thank you, Sam Nook, hopefully I'll see you again."
Sam Nook nodded in excitement.
"I'M GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT."

Tommy slowly walked back down the street he came from. It seemed nobody was out at this time since the sun had set over the cliff edge. Though the sky still was bright, the city was bathed in darkness. The alleyways were shroud in shadow and things moved when he knew they shouldn't.
