They don't exclude Antonio from these bonding moments its just this is specifically for the two of them, they hang out with Antonio and bond on a different day,,, one could say that this day is for the girl and the they (sorry about the puns).
Camilo also helps Delores with her sensory overloads by taking her to her room dimming the lights and making tea and just sitting there until she feels better.
