Chapter 1

River pov:
As we step out of the portal I noticed that Karl's eyes had turn yellow for some reason 'Strang that never happened before' looking around the area I saw that we looked to near a kingdom of some kind

"Well Karl I'm going to look around you have fun" not waiting for a response I walked away from him heading in a direction away from the kingdom I had saw earlier

"I should use this time to look for XD" as I was thinking of a way to draw XD out of his hiding spot I realize that Philza should know how to get the homeless gods attention

Using my power I made time slow down for a bit while thinking about were Phil would be as everything around me was now moving in slow motion "Oh well I have all the time in the world to find him"

With that I let time return to it's natural speed as I walked through the trees that were absolutely beautiful in my opinion "Well might as well start my search"

Pulling out an old coin I looked east and south "Heads for east and tails for south" flipping the coin up and the air I quickly caught it with absolutely no trouble before I looked at what it landed on

"Looks like it landed on heads" smiling at the coin I quickly put it back in my pocket while I headed south 'If the world wants me to go east it's best to do the complete opposite'

Quackity pov:
As I made my way back to Las Nevada by flying as I wiped away the tears out of my eyes 'I don't need Sapnap and Karl' the memory of how one of his own fiance completely forgotten about him while he was gone felt absolutely painful "Was I not worth remembering" shaking my head I snapped that though out of my head

'Its fine I'm moving on' as I was landing I could hear slime talking to someone by how loud he was being "It's great to see you again timekeeper" I completely froze at what Slime had just said 'Timekeeper' walking over to Slime I saw Karl standing with Slime

"KARL" I ran over to the both of them as Karl's back was to me "Ah, hello Quackity of Lan Nevada" Slime said with a big smile as always "Quackity?" Looking at Karl I noticed something off immediately "Your eyes are grey"

The moment I said that the supposed "Timekeeper" as Slime called them had smile at me "Impressive that you realize I wasn't Karl so fast" as the copycat said that they walked twords me with a smile on there face

"I believe your the fiance of Karl" I flinched as they said that, looking down as I nodded 'no' to what he had said "I'm his ex fiance now" looking back up the look alike was still smiling

"Well that's great for me then-'" I looked shocked at what they said before I felt my self be picked up by the Timekeeper "I like your stile mortal so I'll keep you as mine" before I could say anything my old ring had disappeared and a new one had appeared in its place

"Wh-" before I could say anything I felt absolute pain go through my body "There I just gave you your new powers" with what little strength I had at the moment I looked up the being "Don't worry little bird I always keep my pets safe" after they said that the world became dark

Dream XD:
As I was watching George I felt a greatly familiar present in the area "Looks like someone woke time back up" teleporting to were the power was coming from I found myself in what looked like an office

"Hello XD did you come to see my new pet" looking to were the voice came from I saw Slime and River sitting on the couch with that dame Quackity in River's lap

"You picked an ugly pet River" walking over to the two I felt chains wrap around me slowing my power down "You pick a gold digger as a lover, so you chose dumbly as well"

Glaring at River I turn my attention to the unconscious bird brain 'So he gave him powers... strange he only ever did that once to-' before I could finish my thought I felt the chains tighten

"We will talk later XD both out pets are waking up now" shacking my head at the word pet be associated with George I let it slide for now

With that I return back to my half awake lover who was rubbing his eyes from sleep "Good morning dear" with that we started the day doing what George wanted to do as always
