Akuma's pov

Almost a week has passed and I haven't seen Haku. I didn't ate much and wasn't able to sleep. Today we are going to the bridge to guard Tazuna while he was working. We left Naruto behind, knowing that he was too tiered from his training, so that he could rest.

'Hey Akuma-chan.'

'Yes Chi?'

'Hi ^^'

'What do you want Chi.' I asked her not in the mood.

'Awe come on Q.Q It has been a week and you haven't talked to me TT^TT'' Chi said dramatically.

'Do I have to explain why?' I asked her.

She sighed and became serious. 'No. I was just trying to cheer you up. I don't like it when you're like this.'

I didn't replay to her as we walked to the bridge. When we arrived the workers were lying around yelping in pain.

"What the... What happened? Someone was here, someone got to them." Tazuna said as he was shaking then the mist started to appear, but I could see through the fog.

My eyes widen. 'This can't be happening. This can't be caused by him.'

"Sasuke, Sakura, Akuma, get ready." Kakashi said as they went into a formation as I didn't. "I knew he was alive. He just couldn't wait for round two." He said.

"Kakashi sensei, its Zabuza isn't it? This is his hidden mist jutsu." Sakura said.

"Sorry that I kept you waiting Kakashi. I see you still got those brats with you. That one is still trembling, how pitiful." Said Zabuza then 6 of him showed up surrounding us.

Sasuke smirked. "I'm trembling with... excitement."

Then in one move he destroyed them all.

"So you could see that they were water clones, huh? The brat is improving. It looks like you have a rival Haku." Zabuza said as the real him and Haku showed up.

"So it seems." Haku replied.

"Well... but I see your little friend is backing out." Zabuza said meaning me.

They all turned looking at me.

"What are you doing Akuma? Get into the position." Said Kakashi.

I started shaking and backing away. "N-No. I don't want to fight them."

"What's the matter with you Akuma? You aren't like this." Sakura said a little worried.

'Since when does she care?' Chi asked.

"Coward." Said Sasuke.

Haku just kept looking at me through his mask. I could feel him getting saddened by my reaction.

I couldn't keep up with their conversation because of Chi.

'Akuma, don't! Don't you even think about interfering. Haku will just push you away until their battle is over.'

'But I must do something. I can't let Haku die. I can't! He is the only family I got left. I don't want to lose him too. Please Chi, let me do something!' I pleaded her.
