Damage control

Loosely based on the MCU. I would plan for this to be mostly Irondad or Spiderson.(title sounds angsty but I don't think it needs to be)

Scenario:
The UN decides that if the Avengers initiative is to continue they must come up with a plan to minimise damage and casualties. Tony Stark puts forward the idea of a damage control team. This team would be tasked with aiding civilian evacuations, providing basic medical care to casualties, and reducing damage to nearby buildings. And who else could lead this team other than the friendly neighborhood Spiderman. Peter Parker would likely have just finished college. (The Damage control team would also do daily patrols to take some pressure off spiderman and give him more time for leadership duties, and aid in mass casualties such as earthquakes or tsunamis)

Character ideas:
Harley Keener - Tony and Peter reach out tony's old friend Harley Keener to see if he'd be interested in joining the team. Upon reaching Harley they find out he had been in an accident  in his early teens which had left him with nerve damage in his legs. This meant he could only walk for a limited amount of time without being in pain and so he had to use a wheelchair to get around most of the time.
  Harley was still interested in the offer though and decided to join the team as their strategist ( or "guy in the chair" as Ned calls it) and assistant weapons developer.

Iron Lad - (I know many fanfics have Harley Keener as Iron Lad but stick with me on this one) Tony and Peter had originally proposed that Harley would wear the ironlad suit but when they found out about Harley's condition they came up with a different plan.
  Tony, Harley and Peter all team together to develop an AI and suit similar to Jarvis, Friday and Karen although this time specifically developed for the damage control team's purpose. This means it is able to do quick injury scans and assess which are most severe, it can scan buildings for damage and predict their likelihood to collapse, and ,while it still has repulsors like the ironman suit, other weapons have been replaced with alternatives such as a defibrillator feature in the hand repulsors, a substance with a goopy consistency which can be used to cushion falls and hold up buildings, and storage for medical supplies and emergency blankets. The suit may also be worn by a casualty (like the iron Man suit) and be used as a sort of stretcher to get them to safety

Other characters - obviously other characters will be needed to fill the team. Some options you could include would be Gwen Stacy as Spiderwoman and Miles Morales as Peter's mentee, Kate bishop (I wouldn't have Hawkeye as her her alias because it could cause confusion but you could just have her go by her real name) and you could even have Harley's sister Abby as a kinda half OC because she is barely mentioned in Ironman 3

Plot:
I would have it as mostly action and slice of life. It could show the team's daily life as superheroes, the team fighting some minor villains on their patrols and the team doing some training exercises. It would start off with Peter and Tony putting together the team, training them and designing weapons. Later there could be some tension between the team members if one of them believed their work wasn't as important as the avengers' and they wanted to get in on the action. This could be resolved by Peter or another avenger showing them how important their job is. There could also be a major battle where the team would have to be put to work and something could go wrong like Spiderman getting separated from the group and them having to fend for themselves.
