CH 3- Young Kamado

Tanjiro had went on back to  HQ, and you spent the rest of the day with Haijuro and Senjuro. His father was still cold but interacted with your son through minor scenarios. Especially, with talking.

"T...."

"Ahh!"

"Where are you getting Ahh from....?"

"Just say T."

"Ah!"

"T.."

"Ah!"

"T!? Come on! Why and How are you lost when we're almost done with the alphabet. T!"

"Ya!"

"What?"

"Yaaaaaah!"

"You refuse to be taught? My god. You must get it from your mother...."

You came around the corner and looked at him with a glare. He felt your eyes on the back of his head and kept the same smug look.

"Tch, it makes sense."

"How!?"

"It just does!"

"Yah!"

"See, Haijuro agrees."

You were shocked. You looked at Haijuro with an offended look and Haijuro began laughing. "I birthed you and you agree with him?" You complained. "My son is already against me..."

"Haha!" Shinjuro laughed with Haijuro, and Senjuro and yourself looked at him puzzled.Did he just have an experience of joy with your son? It was so cute you let out an Awe, and Shinjuro's face relaxed immediately.

"What?" He hissed which made you zip back down the hall you came from. They day had you basically preparing food for tonight before deciding to leave. Shinjuro hung out with his grandchild the majority of the day. When it came to dinner, he was even feeding him. You sat across from him to watch. Senjuro took care of the cooking very well and managed to make some delicious food for those who could eat. Haijuro had already had fangs but his taste buds were flourishing with flavor. "At least he won't be a picky eater." Haijuro ate as well as Shinjuro. Senjuro and you looked at each other. You inhaled then exhaled.

"I have a request.." you started.

"I'm already letting your son be a Rengoku? What else?"

"Well, if you don't mind. I plan to visit more often." You began to say your request. Haijuro then grabbing rice with his barehand and shoving it in his mouth. "Kyojuro would've wanted me to make sure you all are okay as much as he'd put the last piece of passion in telling Tanjiro his last message."

Shinjuro had a more calm look yet his brows still made him look menacing. Senjuro looked between the two and when Haijuro was chewing off his hand, Senjuro panicked and took over for his father lost attention.

"Kyojuro took after you when he was training me in one of the villages we were all in before the rest of you left after Senjuro was born." You paused. "Or was it before?" You shook your head and shrugged in the state where you're beginning to forget. "Haijuro should be able to see his uncle and grandfather more often, y'know?" Shinjuro spoke after a long 'hmmmmmmmmm'

"To be honest, living under the Demon Slayer Corps isn't comfy."

'Living' you shook your head. You felt like you got what he may allow.
"Haijuro and I can't risk being here too long. I wouldn't want to put you guys in danger."

"This place is the next thing closest to keeping you protected. There aren't demons that touch these grounds unless they have a death wish." He scoffed. "Even though it's a load of crap, you handling it by yourself is worse than what I'm offering up." You were speechless but cried with a smile.

"Thank you. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated."

Shinjuro stood up and the two of you watched as he'd excuse himself. "Strange..man.." you mumbled. You looked at Senjuro who was having Haijuro trying to grab more and acting out. "Oh gosh! I'm sorry Senjuro." You came to take Haijuro.

"I-It's fine. I handled it pretty well." He responded with a soft smile.

Haijuro starts to pull at your top and you stood up. "Senjuro, I'm sorry. I'll one back and clean this." You mentioned but he shook his head.

"I don't mind doing this." You nodded and headed back to the room you and your son were in to feed him and then burp him before planned rest.

Senjuro had said goodnight outside the doors with a small candle light in hand. You said it back as he then walked by to do whatever he was planning to do. Your nails brushing through Haijuro's hair carefully. You made his bangs stand to see when flipping them, they'd show red tips."Huh..." you began to lay down with Haijuro still latched to you. You remained awake as everyone slept. Eventually, you'd step out of the room and walk down the hall, you noticed a crow looking at you. It came forth and you offered your arm to it.

"MESSAGE FROM KAMADO TANJIRO! I WILL BE GOING ON A MISSION WITH THE SOUND PILLAR! STAY SAFE WHILE I AM AWAY!" It announced loudly then took off shortly after you gave it a light pet. It seemed nervous and that's probably from your demonic presence.

"Tanjiro..."
