It was a cold morning on Kings Cross and Neville shivered.

"Why can't we just apparat inside the train?" Neville asked Augusta.

"We live in a muggle area Neville," Augusta said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"I don't think so." Neville muttered but didn't say anything else, mainly because his train trolley was very heavy.

Augusta pointed at a barrier between Platform nine and ten. "Just go through there," She said, "And don't fidget, do it at a run and I won't meet you inside."

Neville who knew how to get onto the platform, ignored the instructions and frowned at the last part.

"Why won't you meet me at the Platform?" Neville asked her. Augusta sighed. "I have to run some errands Neville, I'm sorry."

Neville looked at her and then hugged Augusta. Augusta was startled by this and then hugged him back.

"I'll miss you." Neville said

"I'll miss you too." Augusta replied and they both let got. As a crowd jostled by, Neville ran to the barrier, waving goodbye at Augusta and then when he passed through, Neville nearly fell down.

"You alright?" Said a voice. Neville looked up to see Ginny grinning at him.

"Hello to you too." Neville said chuckling. Ginny looked around. "Where's your Gran?"

"She had to run an errand, so you coming inside or what?"

Ginny rolled her eyes and followed Neville inside the train.

They went through passageways and everyone was looking at them, well, to be fair everyone was looking at Neville, not at Ginny, well except Harry. Only he was looking at Ginny.

Ginny looked around. She felt annoyed that so many people were looking at Neville. They wouldn't be looking at him is he wasn't the Boy-Who-Lived.

Ginny walked sullenly through the train until she stopped Neville and gestured at a compartment with only a girl, reading a magazine upside down.

"I would prefer an empty compartment." Neville said to her.

Ginny ignored him and opened the door to the compartment.

"Hi, can we sit here?" Ginny asked the girl. The girl looked up and Neville remembered her face vaguely. The girl nodded and Ginny sat down next to her and Neville across from the girl.

Neville regretted sitting across from the girl, she seemed to take peeks at Neville while reading the magazine, upside down.

Ginny also felt uncomfortable but, she didn't mind it. She liked the girl although she wasn't so sure about sitting right next to her.

The train started moving and the compartment was very uncomfortable and the silence was awkward, very awkward. There is no word that could describe the awkwardness in the compartment, it was that awkward. Not even I, the person who knows everything about the multiverses of the wizarding world can describe the awkwardness.
