After a week or so had passed when the Gryffindors had woken up to see that flying classes were going to happen for the first years. Colin wasn't exited about it but Demelza and Ginny were.

"I always wanted to be a chaser." Demelza was saying in the Gryffindor common room, a  day before flying classes were about to happen. Ginny nodded her head in agreement while Colin shook his head.

"Hey, Weasley, want to be a Chaser, well, I'm the seeker of the Griffs and a world champ." Harry Potter said, joining the trio. Ginny rolled her eyes.

"Who're you going to seek Potter?" Ginny replied sarcastically.

"Depends who you going to chase?"

Ginny bit back a flush that was coming on her checks.  Ginny took a deep breath.

"Well, Potter, I guess were in a pickle, so maybe it's best you leave." Ginny said coldly. Harry shrugged, grinned and went away to sit next to Neville.

"She's melting." Harry said to him. Neville bit back a snort. "Sure." He said and tried to concentrate on his essay for Herbology.

The next morning Neville woke up early, remembering that he had an essay due today for potions. It was a Thursday and Neville hurriedly went to the library, forgetting his breakfast.

When he reached, Neville hurriedly went to the section on Salamander Blood and quickly jolted down on his parchment whatever was necessary for the essay.

"You're in a rush." Said a dreamy voice.

Neville looked up to see Luna sitting across from him. "Well, I do have an essay due today." Luna smiled.

"Even I have an essay on potions." Luna said. "About Dittiny."

"Lucky, that concept is so easy!" Neville exclaimed, ruffling his hair, "Scamander blood, not so easy."

"I think you mean Salamander Blood." Luna corrected him. Neville nodded and grinned at her. Luna bit her lip. "I'm having some trouble understanding Dittiny, if you want, I can help you with your essay and you can help me in mine."

Neville looked at her and patted the chair next to him. "Be my guest." Luna smiled and sat down next to him. They both smiled at each other for a long moment before looking away.

"Should we start with the essay?" Neville asked her. Luna nodded and directed Neville how to write his essay.

.  .  .

Thanks to Luna, not only was Neville able to finish his essay but he finished his pending homework as well which were due more than a week away.

Neville and Luna had walked out of the library together and had talked. Neville had asked her if she wanted to go to the Great Hall with him. Luna had shaken her head saying that she had to get something from the common room. Neville had nodded and suggested that he could wait and Luna could get her stuff and come back. Luna had shaken her head, telling him to go to the Great Hall and Luna will see him there. After some protesting, Neville had let out a sigh and had left Luna, after she went into the common room offcours and not without the slightest hesitation.
