Two things I know, Damon Salvatore is a complete idiot and Katherine is a desperate whore.

Katherine who was that desperate to spend some time with Stefan she had Caroline keep Elena busy so she could go and spend the day with him and tell him how the gene does run in the Lockwoods bloodline and yada yada. Then there's Damon who thought it was a good idea to antagonise Mason Lockwood, the one werewolf in this town who had actually broken the curse, meaning on a full moon if he wanted to he could kill us all with one bite. I warned him not to do it when we went to the barbecue at the Gilbert's home but Damon never listens to anyone but himself.

That brings us to now at the town historical picnic event, Stefan had tried to make a deal with Mason Lockwood to call a truce after Damon tried to kill him with a silver knife.

"What are you doing?" Damon questioned as we stood behind Stefan. "Negotiating peace on your behalf" Stefan answered not even turning to look at us. "But I don't want peace" I rolled my eyes at Damon childish attitude. "We'll, consider it Opposite Day" I shook my head at them both. "You do realise that a handshake just solved everything? I mean Damon did try and kill him" I spoke up making them both look at me. "No I don't, I think that the first chance Mason Lockwood gets he's gonna drive a stake through Damon's heart, then me and you. All because Damon took it upon himself to try and kill him, so thank you Damon, because we don't have enough problems" Stefan spoke look at Damon before walking off.

"Well he wasn't wrong" I shrugged with a chuckle before walking off and going to do my own thing. I wanted to keep an eye on what was going on as I didn't want any surprises, there wasn't much really, the sheriff was being weird, Caroline was clearly spying on Elena and Stefan for Katherine, and Damon was just been Damon, antagonising Mason. "Please tell me you was just bonding" Stefan spoke as he was lied over to him. "Damon doesn't do bonding" I spoke as I joined them. "What's up with this um, faux drama in your relationship?" Damon asked changing the subject.

"What are you talking about?" Stefan asked playing stupid but I knew Damon was right, and I knew why they was doing it. Katherine had Caroline spy on him and Elena to make sure their relationship was over, to save the drama, hence the fake fights. "Oh, come on Stefan, you and Elena don't fight especially over me" Damon smirked making me roll my eyes knowing he was enjoying it all way too much, he wanted his brothers girl.

Damon turned around to get a drink of lemonade from the kid that was serving them, only to spit it back out. How could he not smell the vervain? The idiot!

I grabbed him a bottle of water that was still sealed so it couldn't have been tampered with, so he could swirl his mouth with it. "I'm gonna kill him" Damon spoke once he was back to himself, but of course Stefan stopped him. "Are you serious? He's trying to expose us in the town that has a council that knows about vampires. He needs to be put down" I spoke up making them both look at me. "She's right" Damon spoke up as I looked around for the werewolf. "Woods, trash duty, let's go" I spoke up as I walked off following Mason in to the woods.

This town was going to be a pain in my arse but so fun.

"Don't look so surprised, you knew this was inevitable" Damon glared at Mason as we stood around him. "Go ahead, run. I love the chase" I spoke up just before Mason quickly bent down and a wooden bullet was shot in to my chest, I went to pull it out but another one was shot in, one after another I was shot until I finally fell to my knees. I looked over at Damon and Stefan noticing they was in the same predicament as I was. I knew I couldn't let the council know my other secret so I had to put my acting face on, I fell on to my stomach letting out a groan feeling them inject me with vervain. Fools, unlike Damon and Stefan I've been taking vervain everyday to make myself immune to it, but I'll play the part of a caught vampire.

I was slung over a deputies shoulder as we was took down the the old Lockwood slave quarters. When I get out of here I was gonna pull Masons heart out of his chest with a smile on my face.

I let out a groan just before a bullet was shot in Damon's leg. "This is how it's gonna work, answer me and you don't get shot, understand? How many of you are there?" Liz questioned Damon as I look over at Stefan realising he wasn't going to be coming around any time soon thanks to his bunny rabbit diet. "Liz please" Damon groaned out making me sigh knowing full well it wasn't going to end well especially when I could sense Elena and Caroline above us.

"How did you fool us? How do you walk in the sun?" Liz questioned again after shooting me in the leg making me grit my teeth. If something doesn't happen soon I'm going to go around and kill them all, because neither of us answered she shot Stefan. "I will drag this out painfully" Liz told us making me roll my eyes. Damon better do something if he didn't want me to unleash my teeth on them. "But you're my friend" Damon groaned. "Our friendship was a lie. Answer me and I'll kill you fast"

Just as I was about to let out my biggest secret Elena ran in through the metal gate. "I won't let you kill them" I sighed knowing full well Caroline wasn't going to come down because it was her mum in here, but I was proved wrong when she started speeding around taking a bite out of one of the deputies neck and shoving the others against the wall. "Who else it with you?"

"Hi mum" Caroline spoke once she'd finished.

I sighed and sat up pulling the wooden bullets out of me and standing up cracking my neck before I helped Stefan up knowing Damon could handle himself. "How are you ok?" Elena questioned making me smirk. "I'm over 800 years old Elena, I'm stronger than these two" I explained keeping out the fact that I ingest vervain.

Once everything was covered up, Liz was brought to the boarding house to stay down in the basement until the vervain had left her system so she could be compelled to forget.

Liz had told Damon she didn't want to see Caroline anymore as she was no longer her daughter now because she was a vampire, which of course Caroline heard her and got upset.

Stefan came to the conclusion that he could build up a tolerance to human blood, to control himself around it. Of course Elena tried to talk him out of it but I had to agree with Stefan, been on bunny blood weakens you, having human blood makes you your strongest, he nearly died today. He only wants to become stronger to protect Elena from Katherine.

Caroline admitted to Elena that Katherine was waiting for her at home to find out what happened today, to see if Elena and Stefan was still split up, it came out that that Katherine had threatened Matt, one of Elena and Caroline's human friends.

Katherine was treading on dangerous grounds, but I had a sneaky suspicion what she was doing here, it had something to do with the sun and moon curse. The doppelgänger was in this town, the doppelgänger was needed for the curse, but the question was what was the actual curse because I knew the one was spread around was a load of bullshit.

We just needed to know what it was.
