Alive AU
After the fourth war shinobi, Neji wakes up in hospital. Everyone was happy to see him alive! And as Naruko came to see Neji, everyone just became shocked to hear his question.
Neji pov
I just groaned as I opened my eyes. I saw an all-white room. 'I'm at the hospital....' I thought. I sat up. Then a door opened. "Neji!" Lee shouted as he jumped on the bed. "We thought we lost you, but here you are," Tenten said as she came closer.
"Glad to see you back Neji. Nothing hurts?" Sakura asks. "No, thanks," I said. Soon one more person came in. "Um, who are you?" I ask. She just looked shocked. "N-N-Neji, tell this is a joke...." Sakura said. "No, I'm not joking about people I don't know. Who are you?" I ask again.
From that girl came tears from her eyes. "Oh, you wake up? Hm? What's wrong-" Tsunade-sama was interrupted by that blonde girl that was running away. "Naruko! You can't leave the hospital!" She shouted. 'Naruko?' I thought.
Cliff
Naruko pov
I just sat on the stone, letting myself be cold. I lost my jacket when I was running. And, I've been outside now for 6 hours. As I was in deep thoughts, felt something warm on my shoulders. I just turned my head up to see Kakashi-sensei. "Let us go back. Why did you run from the hospital when you know you can't leave there?" Kakashi-sensei ask. I just turned my head back to where I glared. "Love of my life don't remember me...." I said. "Neji? Don't be ridiculous. I think he will apologize for this joke." Kakashi-sensei said as he sat beside me. "If he did, then he right away told me it's a joke," I said. "There there, let us go back now." He said.
Hospital
"What was the meaning of that?! Running away?!" Granny asks. I just looked at the window. "Tsunade-sama..." Heard Sakura's voice. "Not now Sakura. I need an answer from Naruko right now." She said. "I know why Naruko ran away. Come with me, you too Kakashi-sensei...." Sakura said. I just heard them leaving. I just sighed.
Neji pov
"Why are you treating me like that now?" I ask as I and others were in the café. "How can we treat you as good old times when you ask your love," Shikamaru said. "Love?" I ask. "Naruko is your girlfriend," Tenten said. "Naruko? That blonde girl from the hospital?" I ask.
Everyone just sighed. "Yes, that blonde girl. She ran away from the hospital because of you." Sakura said. "Because of me?" I ask. "Yes," Everyone said at the same time.
Naruko pov
"You alright?" Sasuke ask as he came closer to me. "Shouldn't you leave?" I ask. "Just for a moment, I want to spend here." He said. "Does it look like? Love of my life doesn't remember me...." I said. "What?! Neji?! Is that even possible?!" Sasuke said. "Don't know, I don't know what I can do...." I said. "Hey, it's alright. I believe his memories will come back." Sasuke said as he patted my back. "Thanks, but, he only has memories of others, except me...." I said. " *Sigh* I see, well, see you another time. Bye." Sasuke said as he walked away. I just sighed.
