Sasuke for a long time liked Naruko. But had to deal with Sakuno (Male Sakura), because he loved her too.
But soon Sasuke became blind by hatred and forgot about his feelings toward Naruko he was ready to kill her.
And after Naruko woke up from the 3 months coma, Sakuno was on her side for a long time.

Story:
Age 8
'This is Naruko, please sit beside me!' A year-old Sasuke thought when Naruko stood in front of all the students. "Naruko-chan, would you mind sitting beside Sakuno." The black-haired Uchiha became shocked to hear that.
Sasuke looked at Naruko who was walking up to a pink-haired boy with green eyes. When they made eye contact, Sakuno just showed him a smirk.
'I will become closer than you!' Sasuke thought.
Age of 12
Naruko and Sakuno were talking about something, while Sasuke just looked at them. "Naruko, do you want to go out and train with me?" Sasuke asks, interrupting the conversation that Sakuno and Naruko.
Sakuno just glared at him. "Um, sure....?" Naruko said. She didn't want to make Sasuke upset. "I'm glad to hear," Sasuke said.
Sakuno just looked at her. "I don't want to upset him...." Naruko whispered. Sakuno just felt bad for her. She is in between him and Uchiha. And he doesn't know what to do to help her.
6 months later, in hospital
Sakuno was reading some book near Naruko's bed. He struggled when he Naruko's groaning. "Naruko! Are you awake?!" Sakuno threw his book and came to Naruko. Naruko opened her eyes to see Sakuno.
"Sakuno? What happened? And, why am I in the hospital?" Naruko asks. "You don't remember? Sasuke nearly killed you and you lost a lot of blood. But, you somehow survived and were in a coma for only 3 months." Sakuno said.
Naruko's eyes widen as she sat up on the bed. "What about- Ahhh" Naruko screamed in pain when she sat up. "Lay down, lay down..." He said. Naruko sat on the bed.
"About Sasuke, he left..." He said and didn't want to look at Naruko's eyes. "But, let us think about your health now, not about Sasuke," Sakuno said.
3 years later
Sakuno and Naruko were talking about what mission they had, and they were laughing at something.
"Hey! Naruko!" They heard Shikamaru's voice. "Oh, hey Shikamaru," Naruko said. "Do you guys want to hang out?" He asks. "Maybe you find some interesting partner?" Ino said.
Sakuno just held Naruko's hand. "We are not interested, we are dating." Ino-Shika-Cho just looked at them with shock.
"Surprise?" Naruko said. "No way! You guys are dating?! Since, since when?!" Choji asks with shock. "2 months ago. Soon it will be 3 months." Naruko said.
Sakuno just hugged Naruko like she was some cute baby fox. "And I wouldn't mind buying anything for you my cute kitsune~," He said. "I asked you to not call me that," Naruko said.
"Well, something you are against..." Shikamaru said. "Uhuh..." Naruko said.
While three leaf Shinobi were talking. Sakuno just turned his head to see Sasuke on the tree. He was showing his angry and jealous face. Sakuno just smirked.
4 years later
Hokage residence
"Hm? Feeling sick?" Tsunade asks. "Yea, I felt vomiting since this morning, like, a few times....." Naruko said. "Did you, by any chance eat something?" Tsunade asks. "I couldn't even eat!" Naruko said. "Alright alright, I maybe can check you up," Tsunade said as she stood up.
At Uzumaki-Haruno house
Near evening, Naruko's husband, Sakuno, was worried about Naruko's health since this morning. He made something good tonight, waiting for his wife. As he heard the door opening, he stood up. And there she was.
"Are you okay?" Sakuno asks with worry. "I'm ok. Um, read this." Naruko said as she showed the envelope. Sakuno took the envelope and open it. He became shocked.
Naruko was worried about what he is thinking right now. "Sakuno...?" Naruko asks. Then he ran up to her hand and hugged her as he was going around.
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Sakuno said as he was crying with joy. "What do you think about telling this news to your parents?" Naruko ask as she was hugging her husband. "I think they kind of deserve to know about their upcoming grandchildren..." Sakuno said.
Naruko just chuckled.
Around 7 months of pregnancy, Naruko ran up to her former teammate, Sasuke. "H-hey..." Naruko said.
Sasuke just looked at Naruko's stomach. It was, big. "Pregnant?" He asks. Naruko was uneasy with him, so, she just nodded. Sasuke just turned his head.
"Something happened?" She asks. "I'm infertile, which means I cannot continue with my clan. The Uchiha clan will be gone." He said.
Naruko kind of felt bad for him, but what he did to her, she thought he got what he deserved.
"I'm sorry Sasuke. Well, hope you will live longer and that everyone will remember you for who you are." Naruko said and walked away.
2 months later, Naruko gave birth to twins. Different hair color, but has same eys color as both parents.
Sakuno's parents were crying with joy. Have first grandson and granddaughter at the same time.
