It took 3 days for Valentina to finally wake up and gain conciousness again, but through it all vade was there by her side while she was asleep.

She had slowly woken up staring at vade who was sleeping and holding her hand, Valentina smiled at him and held his hand tightly.

"Why are you fighting so hard to protect a weak human like me? Maybe it serves me right maybe I do deserve all that's happening to me I didn't really appreciate my family and that's why I'm here it's my own fault." She told herself.

He slowly woke up and looked at her. "Hey..your finally awake you scared me...I thought you wouldn't wake up.."

"But apart of you knew I would that's why you stayed but I just don't understand...you could easily kill me and you still choose to protect me but what if everyone finds out about my identity? Will you still protect me?"

"Yes I will I will protect you no matter what."

"But why?"

"Isn't it obvious?"

"Then you'll just become a traitor and your life will be in danger too.."

"I don't care..as long as I have you..I love you Valentina..."

"You what?"

"I know it's only been a month since you've been at this school..but I started to love you deeply I don't understand my own feelings either but I'm willing to protect you with my life."

Valentina was so surprised , she slowly tried to get up. "No you need your rest please don't get up your not even recovered yet.."

"I'm not sure of my feelings either to be honest but the only thing that I'm sure of is that I know whenever your with me I feel safe, I really like you." Valentina told him.

She didn't know if she loved him back she wasn't certain.

Valentina didn't want to give him false hope but she really liked him and was very thankful for him protecting her all this time.

"I'm greatful to have met you and thankful for your protection I don't know what I would do without you..it does mean a lot to me." She told him.

"Look what matters to me now is that you recover quickly..we need to talk about something..it's serious."

"What is it?"

"I'm not sure if you'd be ready."

"I'm ready."

"I came up with one plan that will protect you at all costs even when I'm not there, you'll have to make a hard decision but it will keep you safe.."

"What decision do I have to make?"

"I'll turn you."

"Turn me...?" She asked, afraid of what he might of meant but it was exactly as she had thought.

"Into a vampire, it is the only way." He told her sighing.

"But..."

"I know you'll be new to it and this will be difficult for you at first but you will be stronger and safe."

She sighed, "how does it work?"

"I'll feed you my blood."

"And then..."

"I will kill you."

"what?! How is that protecting me?"

"You'll wake up don't worry by then you'll be transitioning into a vampire you will need to feed on human blood in order to become a full vampire."

"Do i have to kill someone to become a vampire?" She asked scared.

"No, I will just take a few tubes of human blood for you to drink when your in transition everything will be fine."

"Are you sure this is the only way?"

"Yes, do you trust me?"

She was really scared but she knew she'd be safe with him so she chose to trust him.

"I trust you." She told him.

He then bit himself and fed her his blood in her mouth.

"I'm gonna stick a needle into you that will cause your heart to stop beating, it's the fastest way for you to die without pain and then you'll come back everything will be clearer and better."

She nodded and drank his blood, even though it tasted weird she put up with it until it was the last drop.

He slowly injected her.

A few minutes later she was not breathing and her body had laid there still and dead.

He waited for her to come back.

A couple of minutes later she slowly woke up, she felt really strong, but she was also getting a headache and her vision was more clearer than ever and so was her hearing, she had feel fangs start to grow in her mouth.

She was also really thristy though, her heart was palpatating fast and she needed to feed there was nothing more she needed than human blood right now.

Blade teleported a human into the school and sighed. "I can't believe your really turning her." He said to vade.

Vade grabbed the human and shoved her towards Valentina. "Go ahead and drink."

"oh hey there, don't worry vade and I have been through the same exact thing, it's like this at first but you will get better ." Blade told Valentina.

Valentina grabbed the human girl and ignored blade as she was blood thristy, she bit into her neck hard and drained her dry drinking all the blood.

Vade tried to stop her half way. "Enough your going to kill her!!!" He told Valentina but she wouldn't listen and she killed the human girl there was not an ounce of her blood left and even her head fell off her body everything was gone and her lifeless body fell to the floor.

"Oh no...what have I done..?" Vade said regretting his decision right away after learning that the girl he love was definitely a monster now.

"Oh man I'm afraid your girlfriend didn't turn into just any vampire..she's a ripper..."
