Devora smiled, "do you need help with that?" She asked looking at Valentina who was taking her things out of her suitcase.

"Oh ah If you don't mind." Devora came over to her bed helping her unpack her clothes, "you..don't have a scent on you..why can't I distinguish what you are?" Devora said sniffing her neck.

Valentina stepped back a bit uncomfortable. "Uhm..personal space..please..I don't understand what your saying but what you're doing is not okay.." she said confused about why devora was sniffing her.

She felt a bit weirded out, every body here at this school was weird and out of place why did her parents even send her at this boarding school in the first place.

"Ah I'm sorry..usually other student wouldn't mind it..so what are you?"

"Well I mind it I would like if you gave me personal space and not do something weird like that again..why does everyone keep asking me what I am, aren't we all humans anyway."

Devora widened her eyes and used her speed to lock the door coming back to her, "how did you get into this school? Why are you here? You shouldn't be here this place isn't even for humans, no wonder I couldn't distinguish your scent obviously your not a monster."

Valentina packed her things into the closet laughing, "is this some kind of prank? Towards the new girl? Because if so not cool.." she says putting the rest of her clothing and things into the closet, and then putting her makeup and jewelry's on the vanity.

"No it's not a joke but a human like you wouldn't understand.."

"Okay this is just strange.."

"Look, this really isn't a joke and you should be careful you shouldn't let anyone else know your human because this place is dangerous and filled with dangerous people im warning you, your lucky Im your roommate and that I was the one who found out because if it was someone else you'd be dead."

"Okay your starting to scare me..please stop I feel very weird right now."

" you should leave as soon as possible you don't belong here."

Valentina felt scared inside was what devora said really true? Was this place really dangerous filled with dangerous monsters? She didn't understand.

She didn't want to find out though it would be better if she was clueless.

After awhile it was finally 9:00 so she went to her first class, she read the schedule and sighed looking at the paper. "Okay first period is..wait..What the hell is potion class?" Things just kept getting weirder and weirder.

She entered the class and everyone looked at her weirdly, "who's that?" One of the girls whispered. "Heard she was the new student..there's something off about her though." The boy replied.

someone tapped Valentina shoulder and smiled, "hi I'm vade welcome to the school it seems we have every single class together, so we should stick together shouldn't we?" Vade said licking his lips and hugging her.

She pushed him away a bit. "What are you doing...wait how do you know that?" He held her schedule in his hand and laughs, "right here."

"I didn't see you take that.." Valentina said looking at him.

Vade was tall and brown skinned, he wore a stripe t-shirt and light blue ripped jeans with converse sneakers, his style was simple and he had straight grown out hair.

He wore eyeliner and lots of bracelets.

"Well I'm fast it's my vampire speed, by the way your blood smells delicious you seem different from the others in this school if you know what I mean.." he said whispering into her ear.

"Do you know about me...?" She said looking at him. "I do..I could tell right away you should really be careful this place is dangerous and not for you." He said in a very low tone otherwise the rest of the vampires in the room would be able to hear them from far away.

This was the second person to tell her this she was really starting to believe that maybe it was true after all what Devora said.

"Who are those people?" Valentina pointed to the ones who were walking in since everyone was staring at them.

"Oh those? They are the most popular here at our school, that's Lilith and luci their a couple but Lilith is actually bi, see that girl over there Eve she and Lilith use to be a couple but Eve cheated on Lilith with that one over there named Adam..I guess there were really meant to be together just like the Bible." Vade said laughing.

"And that is Cain and Abel their brothers, but they don't get along but don't worry the rumors are false he didnt actually kill his own brother..though he is sometimes jealous of him."

"Wait so those people are all real from the Bible?"

"Well yes but they are not actually the people from the Bible they are just named after them it's a long story but the people from the bible are their ancestors.."

"Wow..that's a lot to take in."

"Yeah which is why you should stick with me!" Vade said grabbing Valentina's arm to come and sit down with him.
