"Your wound is infected. I'll clean it wait.", he winced in pain.
"It's okay. I'm done....hey...hey...don't close your eyes....please.", he was weak and his state got worse by every minute.
I knew I couldn't help him without risking revealing his secret. I held him in my arms and kissed him, he put his last strength in it. When I stopped, I looked at him with a sad smile.
"I'm Mika by the way."
My eyes widened immediately.
"You....you....I....How?!", he looked down on his own body and so did I.
"You got legs!", I couldn't believe it.
"Did I do that?!"
"Yes. Your last kiss were your true and honest feelings for me. Thank you.", he said in a soft voice.
"Wow...ehm...you got no clothes.", he looked at me in shock and started laughing.
"Well you don't find pants with a fish tail that easily."
"You're in the mood for jokes? Unbelievable....so that coral was poisonous, wasn't it?"
"Yeah, didn't want to worry you."
"So you wait until you almost die so I have to save you."
"That wasn't planned...still want to take me with you?"
"I want to get you clothes before but yes I do.", his smile got bigger as he heard these words.
"Can you even walk?"
"I'm not sure....but I know what I still can.", he said and kissed me.
This vacation was strange but beautiful, I drowned, fell in love with a silent merman and ended up with a nice man who lives with me now. Vacations at home can be fun.
