It almost seemed the world would end. No, the universe.

They say every good side has it's bad side. But mine seemed neither...Just an empty world with an empty mind...

My world has been shattered. There is only anger and hatred left there.

I don't know why fate has to be this impartial. Impartial to an extent that my Musical friend had to give a huge sacrifice for a mere vampire, for me. We were forbidden to be friends. Ever again!... The fantasy says vampires are burned by sunlight. But again, the dimensions reveal another world of vampires where these fantasies don't work. We vampires are good people. We have emotions and feelings.

Me and Melody were such good friends and we used to travel to each other's dimensions and had big talks and lot of fun.

We Vampires were cursed not to listen to music. A curse we youngsters don't bother about. Or we explode...

Melody knew about it. She dared not to sing in front of me. We were strong together and so were our worlds.

Until someone accused Melody, for no reason that she committed a crime of killing vampires. A friendship which was made even when the other friend was harmful was suddenly broken into pieces.

She was framed! Melody and I were snatched away from each other. Our worlds ran into a war. Melody was a princess while I was a common Vampire. Melody never thought I was her poor friend. She was a true friend. And now she was gone...

I somehow found about the person who was framing Melody. But I was helpless. Melody's mother, the Musical queen, threw her into the mortal world and I, how could I live without her, I went with her.

Melody forgot about me. And I wandered around until some mortal adopted me and I became used to the mortal world.

For the first time, I saw Melody after so long, but in the mortal world. Melody is now my friend again. But as Lydia. Lydia Carson Campbell.

She is such a swag! She always talks about how cool she is and she owns a car. But she just brags in front of me. That's satisfying though because she used to do the same in her olden times.

We go to school together. Do lots of fun together. I told her that I am a bit deaf and can't hear music as my ears bleed. And as a true friend she used to be, she always agreed on what I had to say . Just that she doesn't know that I am a Vampire and she is a Musical. She lives as a mortal.
