You and your daughter had been playing in her play room after dinner. She wanted to wait for her dad to come home before she falls asleep.
Jungkook your husband of 4 years is the world's most feared mafia. It was a family tradition and it was his father's last wish to ask him continue the tradition at least for his generation. Jungkook felt the need to fulfill his dad's wishes and became the world's dangerous mafia. No one dared to touch him but of course, there were people who tried.
Since his job was dangerous, he made sure his two most important girls were safe. There were plenty of guards around the house and security cameras around the house with a guard viewing the cameras always. We only had to move once so far because one of his enemies found out where we lived and tried breaking in. Ever since then, he got much more protective and made sure the guards were around 24/7, especially when he's not home.
He was currently on a mission with the boys and you got pretty anxious because he would usually be home by this timing. You tried to brush your worry off as you didn't want to worry your own daughter too.
"Baby, mommy's gonna go to the washroom," you said standing up to leave.
She nodded and continued playing with her toys.

"What the fvck did you do! Say it right now!" Jungkook yelled to one of the guards.
"I don't know what you're talking about sir" the guard said.
"Don't bullshit. You know very well what you did! Continue to lie and I'll fvcking kill you. What did you say to them" Jungkook yelled pulling on his collar.
"I-I-"
"Hurry the fvck up or you'll be dead before you finish your fvcking sentence" Jungkook gritted his teeth.
Jungkook pointed his gun on the guard head. He was furious because his own guard exposed details about his personal life.
"I told them about your daughter. But it was an accident I swear" he said quickly.
"For all this 3 years you could keep your fvcking mouth shut. Why NOW" Jungkook said pushing him onto the wall.
"I didn't mean to. It slipped out" his guard said in fear that he could lose his life at this moment.
"daddy..." your daughter said as her eyes started tearing up after looking at the scene in front of her.
Her very own father pointing a gun to one of the guard's.
"Baby" Jungkook said putting his gun away from her sight.
"What's with all the shouting?" you said as you made your way out of the toilet.
Your daughter ran to you and started crying as she engulfed your legs. You looked at Jungkook and realised he had a guilty look on his face, with a gun in his hand, and one of the guards looking guilty too. You then realised what had probably happened. You frowned at him and picked your daughter up.
"It's okay baby, what happened?" you asked as she hugged you tighter.
"Baby..." Jungkook said as he made his way closer to you two, your daughter only cried more when he was coming close.
Jungkook's heart broke at her reaction and he started tearing up. You backed away and moved her so that he wasn't in his sight.
"Give us a sec" you said to Jungkook.
You brought Aera who was crying and hiding her face in your neck towards her bedroom. You sat down on the sofa in her room and held her on your lap.
"Shh... It's okay baby" you said soothingly as you rubbed her back.
After awhile she calmed down and lifted her face off your shoulder. You wiped her tears away and smiled softly at her. Her nose was red and eyes were puffy from all the crying. She started having hiccups because of her crying.
"Why-why daddy look scawy.. gun to ahjussi.." she sobbed.
"Look honey... daddy was angry because ahjussi did something wrong that could danger all of us... daddy was just being protective of us... we get mad sometimes don't we ? Remember when you got mad because you couldn't find your toy and you began to get angry and cried?" you asked and she nodded.
"People get angry sometimes honey... Your daddy was just protecting you. Ahjussi did something wrong that could endanger you so he got angry... and we can have a talk about your daddy's work when you're older okay?" you said softly.
"Is daddy a bad guy?" she looked up at you with doe eyes, just like her dad.
You shook your head immediately at the question.
"No baby... daddy finds the bad guys..." you said not knowing how to explain in simpler terms.
"Then why daddy scawy"
"Are you a bad person when you got angry that day?" you asked.
"No... I was upset" she said.
"Exactly. Same like daddy, he was just upset.Do you know how sad daddy was when you cried louder not wanting to look at him?" you asked and she shook her head no.
"He looked so sad... you're not scared of him are you?" you asked but she stayed silent.
"Baby, there is no reason to be scared of your daddy okay. He is protecting you from all the bad guys. I promise. Mommy is not scared of daddy so why should you be? Be strong like mommy " you said smirking at her.
She giggled and nodded her head.
"I'm strong like mommy" she said.
"That's my girl. Do you want to talk to daddy? He is really sad" you said and she nodded slowly.
"I'll call him in okay? I'll be right outside the door, just shout for me if you need me" you said and walk towards the door as she sat on the sofa.
You walked out the room and saw Jungkook standing right in front of the door. His nose and eyes were red, probably from crying.
"I'm so sorry Y/N... I didn't know she was there, I thought she was asleep and I-I probably looked like a monster to her now" Jungkook said.
"Baby, she was just scared at first. Now she's fine... she said she's okay to talk to you alone, just talk to her and explain whatever you can" you say.
"Thank you for talking to her..." he said before pulling you into a hug that you knew he needed.
"All the best, I'll be out here" you say and he went into the room.
Later, you heard the front door open and footsteps heading your way.
