when you're in a toxic relationship with your idol boyfriend
Jungkook watched as you and your boyfriend posed for the camera. You two had been friends since both of you were trainees and were still friends but because of your boyfriend, you two got a bit distant with each other. You and your boyfriend had gone public for almost 5 months after dating. He was a well-known actor and you were a famous solo singer. Your relationship with him was fine at first but ever since he started filming for his upcoming drama with another well known actress, you two have been fighting non stop.
You faked a smile as your boyfriend wrap his arm around your waist. You turned to look at him but he was just looking straight to the cameras, not glancing at you one bit. He didn't even compliment you tonight. Jungkook stared too long at the both of you, noticing that your smile wasn't genuine.
"Jungkook, is there anyone you're excited to see tonight?" The interview asked after realising that he was spacing out.
"Um, I'm excited to see all my friends here" he said as he focused back to the interview.
After you and your boyfriend were escorted backstage, he immediately changed his whole attitude.
"Hey Rina! You look beautiful tonight!" he said as he hugged his co actor.
You stood there awkwardly, waiting for him to introduce you to her but all he did was get into a conversation with her and completely ignoring your existence. You waited silently until one of the staff told us to go to our green room. They hugged again and parted ways. You walked ahead of him and once you both were in the room you started talking.
"You didn't introduce her to me?" you asked.
"Oh yeah, i completely forgot" he said brushing it off and went on his phone.
"You guys seem close" you added.
"We're not doing this again Y/N," he said.
"You complimented her in a matter of minutes after seeing her, you didn't even compliment me once tonight" you said.
"I don't see anything wrong in that" he said still too engrossed in his phone.
"That's not it... I was literally right beside you, waiting awkwardly as you two spoke and flirted with each other as if i'm literally not there. you completely ignored my existence. The least you could do was to introduce me" you said.
"I didn't ignore your existence, you're overreacting as always" he said rolling his eye.
"Of course everything is a small matter to you that everything I do is over reacting" you said getting even more frustrated.
"whatever' he said and you gave up and walked out.
All the staff knew how toxic you both are so they weren't surprised that you both are arguing yet again.

During the after party, you both came together but once you both were inside, he was off to whoever he is with right now. You were with the 97 line, chatting until you noticed Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed at someone's direction. You followed his gaze and saw your boyfriend kissing his co actress right in front of the whole crowd that was surrounding them. Without thinking, you went straight to him. He turned after feeling your presence.
"Look, I can explain" he started.
"outside" you said with gritted teeth.
He followed you to the parking lot and started talking.
"Look, it wasn't on purpose," he started.
"What do you mean it wasn't on purpose, I saw the whole thing. Don't fucking use some useless excuse that it wasn't on purpose. Ever since you got that role of yours, we've been arguing non- stop. And now, to see this, it's clear to me why we argue" you yelled pointing to the door.
