Arias POV.

"Nik what's going on?" I asked as he began to get me into my pyjamas.

"Aria...love you had the hunters curse, you've been hallucinating things all day. Your okay now. No one is going to come near you, now that I'm back I'm never leaving you again" he said.

"H-Hunters curse?" I asked I'm so confused.

"When you tried to stop Elena from killing Conor. You were both touching him during the death you both were cursed and went a little...mad" he smiled lightly.

Oh my god. What did I say....who did I hallucinate? I already know who I probably did but did I say anything.?

"How did it stop?" I whispered.

"Jeremy killed one of my hybrids that betrayed me. He was supposed to be watching you. Now that Jeremy killed a hybrid he's become a hunter. With every kill a tattoo grows on his arm it's a map to the cure. Ive retrieved the sword from Italy." He explained.

"Katerina was the one who told us where you were she'd been following you. I'm going to take care of that" he muttered.

"No. Just leave her she tried to help I know your mad that she ran away from you but you did try and sacrifice her" I said slightly chuckling I could see a sneaky grin forming on his lips.

"Ah. There he is" I said giving him a hug he gripped tight and breathed in my scent.

"I missed you" I whispered not sure what to say I don't want to talk about the hallucinations, or the cure with him not now, it will end in shouting and probably angry sex.

"I missed you more than anything" he said kissing me.

I know why he wants the cure Bekah filled me in its so he can have more hybrids if Elena is human again.

He wants as many as possible to protect his family.

"Nik...I'm sorry for anything I said or if I hurt you when I was hallucinating" I sighed and he cupped my face.

"I should never have left you. Your not safe without me" he kissed my forehead then nose making his way to my lips.

I like to say I can handle myself but...really? Can I ?

"It's nearly 6am love. W-Wait where's my rings" I gaped seeing them gone.

"Here. Stefan fished them out they were in your jacket that you lost in the woods that's how I tracked your smell" he whispered putting on my daylight ring as the sun was soon rising.

"You know my smell?" I asked with a strange grin.

"I know everything" he whispered.

He then got down on one knee chuckling putting on my wedding ring.

"Aren't you a gentleman" I smiled.

"Oh love. You know I'm the devil in disguise" he winked standing up.

"So now what?" I asked.

"Well." He stated crap it's about to get serious.

"Your not leaving my side understood. Aria I'm serious your staying with me at all times. You even think about going anywhere I will compel you to stay. Aria every time I trust you to stay put you break that trust. From now on I don't trust you by yourself" he growled.

I swallowed hard he's only ever compelled me a few times. That's when he's serious as hell. He knows exactly how much I hate it.

"Ok." I whispered.
