"Miss can i help you?"a man with a name tag brings me out of my thoughts

"Uh yes im looking for a new oak door please but i need to find hinges for it too"i say feeling the texture of the laminated oak doors

"Ill take this one"i say tapping on the light brown one and he looks at it and nods then signals someone behind me that is stocking the shelves to bring a cart for the door

I walk around the store and find some glue and screws along with the hinges
I walk down the last istle and throw a pack of garbage bags into my basket

I catch a shadow in the corner of my eye i swing my head around but theres nothing and no one i walk faster to the isle next to it

I see someone looking back at me they have a hoodie on and their face is hidden i walk after them i get to the end of the isle but their gone

I think im going crazy i walk to the checkout and pay for my suplies the man puts it all in a bag and he brings the door with me to my car

I put the seats down and we barely fit the door in
"Thank you"i say and put the other stuff in the front seat then get in the car and start it

I drive off and the man stares at my car as i drive out of the mall parking lot

Cuz thats not creepy at all

I turn at the green light when suddenly everything is upside down and i feel my boddy thrown in my seat as the glass of the windows pierce my skin

It all comes to a sudden stop and everything gets louder again blood dripping from my body and a pieceof wood that broke off the door securing me in my seat i try to pull it out of my body but i feel weak and my breathing starts to slow down my bodystarts to get limp and my heavy eyes start to close

Lucas pov

I sit at my desk miserably sighing some fucked up documents and trashing whatever i feel like

The door flies open and diego jumps in out of breath looking like hes about to cry

Lea...shes... he tries to speak but cant catch his breath

Panic starts to rise as i realized what hes trying to say
"Where is she!"i yell jumping up from my desk and storming towards the door i run down the stairs and get in my car diego gets in with me and points for me to go

I floor the gas pedal and we speed out of the place he poings me into the directions but stays dead silent i take the last turn and i see a hospital my heart stops out of fear as i pull into the parking lot i rush inside and try to find out where she is

A man walks up to me "you said you were looking for miss lea"he said with a sad look on his face

No no no i should have been there this would never have happened
"Where is she"i ask looking behind him to try and see if i could spot her

"Sir im afraid you dont have long lea is being taken care of we are doing everything we can"he says and my heart drops i feel how my eyes well up with tears but i try to choke it down

"Take me to her"i say and he nods turning around signalling me to follow him

I walk into a room and i see her body laying there a breathing tube in her mouth and a dosen medical drips and wires coming from her arms and chest

I fall to the ground my heart feeling like its being lit on fire i should have been there for her why did i ever let my princess go i was supposed to be her Prince i was supposed to protect her instead i left her alone and vulnerable

I take her hand in mine and start crying pulling myself oo on the chair
"Luca"a frail voice echoing through my ears lea's eyes barely open as she speaks

"Im here baby im here"i say as i take her face and plant a kiss on her head
She points to the tube and i signal for the doctor to remove it so she can talk to me

"Ur daughter"she says and my eyes grow big
"Shes okay and she looks like you mr luca and miss lea"the doctor says before walking up to me and placing his hand on my shoulder and gives me a smile i nod and turn back to paige

"Luca im sorry i love you so much dont ever forget that i messed up"she says and tears roll down her cheeks

"No princess i fucked up bad but i need you to fight for me i know what happened to your family im sorry i was not there but i know it feels like ypu dont want to fight but i know your strong please baby you cant leave me like this your my world none of the things i said i did were true i had todrive u away to keep you safe and i failed miserably"i say sobbing placing kisses on her hand

"Please baby fighting for me but if you want to go i want you to know that its ok and ill protect our daughter and you know i love you its...it"i start to breathe uncontrollably and kiss her head

"I dont want to go"she whispers before the mashine flatlines and the doctor comes running in i get pushed out of the room and i see as they try to being her back

I sit in a plastic chair as the nurse hands me my daughter my tear drops on her cheek nd i wipe it off kissing her cheek

The doctor comes out and my body feels limp my feet feels like they are about to give in and my heart feels like its going to explode i stand next to her lifeless body as i place a kiss on her lips the last kiss ill ever give to the only girl who i ever truly loved my princess
