Downhill

"Night princess"is the last thing I hear luca say as my eyes drop closed and I'm pulled into a deep sweet sleep

I wake up to a cold but comfortable bed
And a cup of coffee with a note stamped next to it

Princess I had to go on a business meeting

I'm leaving diego and liam to look after you

Be good for them do not cause unnecessary trouble and call me tonight exactly at eight

Take whatever Gloria makes you may bake and enjoy yourself do not exit the house and if anything happens to to my office call me and I'll take it from there

Be safe princess Diego and liam will inform me of all your activities aswell so don't do anything stupid

Oh luca did you have to leave without saying goodbye

Why?

Well it's 10 in the morning I slept in alwel I was just going to swim or bake today

I think bake then go swimming
I get up and put on some clothes this will be fun

Since luca kidnapped me I felt like it was a good thing I've had such a good life these last few months I wonder what my siblings and mother are doing I want to go visit them so badly

I miss them to be honest I'll bake cookies and a cake and I'll take them some

I get the ingredients and ready them on a table along with other utensils that I'm going to use

I preheat the oven and start mixing all of my ingredients

"What you making"Gloria asks from beside me as I wipe the sweat off my forehead

"Baking some nice things for luca and I to eat or nible on you may have some too and so may the others I don't mind I would like it if you had some"I say as I start mixing again I've gotten pretty good at cooking and baking in my life and looking after the family just boosted my skills

"Smells good in here"liam says leaning into the doorframe

"Thanks I was just telling Gloria that you guys can have some too"I say while putting everything in their assigned pans that I'm baking the cooking and cake in

I put the pans all in the oven and Gloria starts to help me clean up and wash up

"What time is it"I say as I place the cloth on the table

7:30

I read on the clock and rember that I have to call luca at eight I take off my apron and walk towards the door

"Gloria please check the cake and cookies if I'm not back just take them out please" I say and she nods

I head to Lucas office and walk towards the phone to see it's 7:45

I have to wait 15 more minutes before I can call luca I hope he's ok and safe

I sit in his chair and the smell of him everywhere I miss him already
Counting the minutes I start getting irritated with the whole it has to be eight on the dot

Its7:58 and I can't wait anymore i dial the number he left me and the phone rings

After the second time of ringing it's silent

"Luca?"I say into the phone and I hear someone breathing at the other end

"Princess are you ok?" He asks and I smile that it's the first thing he asked

"I'm ok luca what about you"I ask and I can already see the smirk on his face

"I'm fine princess"he says adding a light chuckle I knew it

"Luca I was wondering if I could maby go see my family tomorrow"I say and the line is quiet as if he is arguing with himself in his head contemplating on whether the should send me or not

"Please I miss them I want to take them some biscuits pleeeeeeese"I say and then I hear a sight

It's not that bad geez

"Fine princess but take Diego or liam with you and don't trust anyone if you even smell something is different or feel different you immediately call me on a burner or liam or Diego's phone and go straight home"he says and I hear him swallowing and rethinking everything I agree it won't be that bead Diego can just wait in the car I can handle myself anyway

"Night princess I have to go"he says and I smile widly

"Night luca be safe"I say and I put the phone down on the table biting my lip I get up and walk back towards the kitchen

I walk into the kitchen and take the bowl from the counter it is full of my cookies I love them they came out so good I take a bite and moan to the sweet sensation going on in my mouth the chocolate and almonds make it a perfect topoff I think luca and the kids will like it I don't know if mom would eat it though

I take a few and place them in a tin can I found in the supply closet I cleaned it thoroughly for incase someone got taken as a sample or it was filled with cleaning detergent anyway it's clean anyway

I close the can and place it on the counter next to the fridge I hope they like it

I always tried pleasing my family I don't know why but I'll go see my dad too but after I find out how to get past Diego I can get the kids to entertain him while I sneak out for a few minutes I mean I'll ask dad to meet me nearby
