Chapter 4

Lei's Pov

We walk into the the hall of wisdom with a bunch of scrolls while I put down the sword of heros seeing it vanish as Master Oogway uses his staff to take out a scroll colored red with a alien symbol that I've never seen before "the secret to your eyes are here in this scroll study it as much as you like...oh and the sword is back with in the dragons hand...until you summon it again" Master Oogway says reassuringly as he puts his staff down and goes into his shell "so do you think we can find the secrets of your eyes here...?" Viper asks in a tired state "it has to have it...cause I don't know what to do if not..." I say desperate as I open the scroll up and see a picture of a Sharingan eye "let's see..." I say focusing on the hand writing "what does it say I can't understand what it says" viper says confused as I couldn't understand it either until I theorize using my Sharingan and was able to decipher the texts "hmm... interesting...it says...long ago in the third dynasty lived a powerful clan known as the... Uchiha....they had a special Chi gift...master what's Chi?" I ask confused "an ancient but natural energy that flows in all of us only very few masters know of chi let alone can utilize it but...you're a unique case" Oogway answers softly with a smile "anyways...there eyes called the Sharingan...it has three states of itself one tomoe two tomoe and a completed Sharingan...the first stage allows the user to see Chi in colors...the second stage allows one to predict attacks before it happens and the third stage allows one to copy the enemies movements or Chi moves...and each stage from the second stage increases the Sharingans previous skills..." I say quietly reading so only viper hears me "the Uchiha clan were feared for there eyes and combat techniques...they were high on numbers until they suddenly vanished 18 years ago...never to be... heard from.... again..." I say sadly "I'm...alone..." I say feeling my eyes water up as viper hugs me crying with me as we were for a few minutes until I feel Master Oogway pat my shoulder soothingly "I understand your pain young Uchiha...I will help you with your training for these eyes and it's combat potential... although I warn you this training method will be difficult to achieve are you ready?" He asks as I nod my head wiping my tears "very well oh and one more thing...there are no accidents..." Oogway says smiling "sorry viper I need you to get off so I can go train" I say sounding a bit sad about the fact I won't see her again wait what am I thinking I shake my head and let viper get off me "sorry Lei" she says "it's fine I just want to Master using these eyes of mine and the only one who knows about them are Master Oogway" I say wiping her tears "promise me you're coming back..." She says while blushing a bit "I will" I say determined "you better for Po...and...for me" she says jokingly smiling at me as I nod my head and I follow Master Oogway to wherever he wanted to take me to train my eyes

Po's Pov (the next day)

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" Master Shifu asks annoyed at my presence "ah hey uh...good morning Master I just thought I'd warm up a little..." I say struggling to get off the split holder "your stuck?" Master Shifu asks me "ah what stuck?" I say laughing until I admit I'm stuck "help him..." Master Shifu asks crane "oh dear..." He says as he lifts me off the split holder "whew thank you" I say "don't mention it" he says "no really I appreciate..." I say trying to be polite "ever..." He says coldly cutting me off "you actually thought you could master a split in one night?" He asks as he throws two pieces of concrete in the air "It takes years to develop ones flexibility and years longer to apply it to combat" he explains as tigress hits the two concrete with her feet in a split formation as the biggest concrete piece falls on my head I try to pick it up secretly for a souvenir "put THAT DOWN THE ONLY SOUVENIRS WE COLLECT HERE ARE BLOODY KNUCKLES...and broken bones" Shifu says as I get excited with Kung Fu again remaining positive "yeah excellent!" I say joyfully "let's get started" Shifu says smirking getting viper on the arena with me by snapping his fingers "are you ready?" She asks "yeah I was born ready!" I say as she uses her tail to whip me to the ground "I'm sorry brother but I thought you said you were ready?" She asks concerned "um before I go to the next sparring match how's...Lei?" I ask worried "Master Oogway took him under his wing to train him with his Sharingan" viper whispers as I bow in respect "thanks Master Viper" I say as she smiles "but that was awesome though I wanna go again!" I say excited as I move on to fighting monkey and he beats me with a staff then I fight crane on the jade turtle then mantis to which they all beat me and then I ask to spar with tigress "no Panda..." She says coldly but her face she's almost seems filled with guilt for a moment but from our past meetings I assume she doesn't remember me from back when I was a child but I put those thoughts aside as I put my fist on my hand to signal I'm ready again "I've been taking it easy on you Panda but no more now your opponent is me!" Shifu says Smirking evilly "oh yeah alright let's do this!" I say with passion "step forward" Shifu instructs as he beats me to the ground "the true path to victory is to find your opponents weakness and make him suffer for it!" He says pulls my head up and my arm behind me "oh ho yeah!" I say impressed "to take his strength and use it against him until he finally falls or quits!" Master Shifu said throwing me around a bit until pinning me down "but a real warrior never quits don't worry Master I WILL NEVER QUIT!" I yell determined in response he throws me down the steps of the jade palace as I fall each step until I hit the bottom and with my determination alone get back on top even if I get exhausted doing so I get a flashback of how my first meeting with Shifu began

Yesterday

I wake up and try to find out where I am until I find my self at the hall of heros "woah...the hall of heros no way look at this place!" I say excited as I gasp in shock "Master Thundering Rhino's battle armor with authentic damage!" I say until I see another artifact "The Invisible Trident of Destiny!" I say gasping again when I see a painting "I've only seen paintings of that painting!" I say geeking out looking at all the artifacts until I see my most favorite one of all "noo...oh ho ho...the legendary urn of whispers said to contain the entire tenshu army" I say whispering "hello" I say into the urn "have you finished sight seeing?" It asked "oh sorry I should have come to see you first" I say in an apology "my patience wears thin" it says "oh well I mean it's not like your going anywhere" I say confused "would you turn around?" It asks "sure" I say seeing a red panda "oh hey how are you doing" I say to him then looking back at the urn "now how do you get five...MASTER SHIFU?!" I say shocked when I accidentally break the urn "oh!" I say awkwardly "uh someone broke that but I'm gonna fix it I'll I'll...you have some glue?" I say then ask awkwardly "so your the legendary dragon warrior hm?" Shifu asks "uh I guess so?" I answer confused "WRONG...you are not the dragon warrior you will NEVER be the dragon warrior until you learned the secret of the dragon scroll!" He says pointing at the dragon statues mouth "wait is that the SWORD OF HEROS!?" I ask geeking out "yes...and currently it's master is...your raging brother..." Shifu says looking sad for a moment "hey my brother isn't a raging storm he only did what he did cause he cares so much about his loved ones it hurts him...to his core..." I say mumbling the last bit "anyways how does this work you have a ladder...trampoline or...?" I ask laughing awkwardly as Shifu laughs "you think it's that easy that I'll just "hand" you the secret to limitless power?" Shifu asks with a stern tone "no uh I..." I say scared "one must first master the highest level of Kung Fu and that is clearly is impossible if that someone is someone like you" Shifu says seriously "someone like me?" I ask confused "yes look at you this fat butt...and flabby arms!" He says smacking my leg and arm with his staff "I'm a bit sensitive in the flabby parts" I say quietly "and this ridiculous belly" he says poking my belly "hey" I say offended a bit "and utter disregard for personal hygiene" he says disgusted "now wait a minute that's a little uncalled for" I say seriously "don't stand that close I can smell your breath" he warns "listen Oogway said that..." I say defending myself until he used the secret technique known as the wushi finger hold making me tremble in fear"oh the wushi finger hold...no not the wushi finger hold" I say afraid "oh you know this hold?" He asks sounding satisfied "developed by master wushi in the third dynasty yes!" I say scared "oh then you must know what happens when I flex my pinkie?" He says smiling as I gasp in fear for my life "no no no" I say with fear "you know the hardest part of this is...the hardest part is cleaning up afterwards" he says laughing "ok...ok take it easy" I say hyperventilating "now listen closely Panda Oogway may have picked you but when I'm through with you you're going TO WISH HE HADN'T...are we clear?" He asks me "we're clear we're clear we are so clear" I say trying to calm down "good...I can't wait to get started" he says a bit evilly as we head to the training room of the Jade palace.
