Chapter 13

I saw a highly sophisticated looking place that had flying cars. "Wow I thought this would be the future for humans but no it's daily life for unifights" I told Julie. "are you crazy! We shouldn't be in unifights territory!" Julie yelled. "don't worry Julie, we will just get Kenny and leave" I explained "but Sara! What if he is in the city! Me and you don't know where to start looking and if your in the middle of the town and you wing tracker goes off your dead!" julie explained "so what your saying is we can't use our wings at all" I asked julie. "Yes that is correct, so lay low and don't touch anyone!" Then Julie started walking towards the city and I followed her. "Julie... Can we find...." "Kenny I'm 200% we can find him" Julie said. "no....your man" Julie then stopped and looked at me with a shocked expression. "he doesn't matter now...... what is important is to find Kenny" then Julie kept walking. I felt bad that the same thing happened to Julie a long time ago. when we got close to the city we saw a lot of people. "where do we look first?" I asked Julie. "I don't know, let's go this way first" she then went right. "you! Try this new product called winged beast spray! If you see a winged beast, just spray them with this!" Some man said, then Julie put her hands on my ears. "I'm sorry, I don't want my daughter learning about winged beast just yet, I don't think she ready for that kind of information" Julie said. "sorry ma'm carry on" the man said and we continued walking. "they really make that?" I asked Julie. "apparently, it probably doesn't work, there just doing it to get a couple bucks and winged beast have no way of coming here so" Julie explained. then I saw a really big tower made out of glass. "why don't we try that building" I pointed towards it so Julie knows why building it was. "um....ok. but that's far away, and we have to go through a crowd of people" Julie explained. "then let's go!" I yelled in excitement. then went straight forward trying not to touch anyone. "Sara!" Julie followed me. "are you crazy!" Julie yelled. "yea I am" I said with a big smile. "we don't know about this place, so we don't know when it's gonna be night time or if there are any monsters or something" Julie said. then my stomach rumbled. "Julie I'm hungry"i told her "yea I guess we could use a meal. c'mon!" Then Julie went in the bathroom and locked it. "Julie, why are we in the bathroom to get a meal?" I asked. then Julie opened her wings. "Julie are you crazy!"I yelled. "don't worry I'm searching up if winged beast money is the same as unifight money. and apparently it is" then Julie put her wings back in her back. "let's go" then Julie unlocked the bathroom and we went outside. "let's look for a Resturant" Julie said. then a saw a sign that said unifights good food. then me and Julie went inside the Resturant. "two number 56709" Julie said. "ok that will be 2$" the man said. then Julie took out a red card with gold designs. then the man swiped the card.
"Julie korola. age: 2678 gender: female" the machine said. good thing it didn't say that she was a winged beast. "winged beast since age 35" the machine said. the universe LOVES proving me wrong doesn't it. the man was shocked and scared. "YOUR A WINGED BEAST!" He yelled, then everyone in the Resturant looked at us with fear. then Julie took the the card from the man and we ran out the door. we went through the crowd of people.
Kenny P.O.V
"Let go of me!" I yelled. "Kenny! You need to understand that your a unifight now! You can't have feeling for a winged beast!" Miranda explained. "I DONT CARE! I DONT WANT TO BE HERE!" I yelled. "we must bring him to queen diamond" one of the guys said. "why should we?" Miranda asked "she can take his memory away so he won't have to whine about this Sara" the guy explained "ok, that is a good idea." Luckily I got out of her grip and ran. "Hey! Kenny come back!" Miranda yelled. I just ran and ran. hey I could fly! Then my eyes glowed and I flew up to get away from Miranda. I didn't know which way to go so I just went straight to the tallest building that was made out of glass. I went to the roof and sat down at the edge. I started to cry. "Sara...... I'm sorry..... I hope one day you find the perfect guy some day and it's not me because we can't be together, stupid unifights and winged beast. maybe I'll never see you again..... I love you with all my heart" I cried even more. "hey are you ok?" I look back and there was a girl in a long green dress."I'm fine." I lied. I really, really, wasn't. "Well, what's your name" she asked me. "kenny. what's yours?" "My name is diamond" I was shocked. "Q-q-queen diamond?" I asked. "yea! How did you know?" I stood up. "I'm sorry I have to go!" I walked towards the door. "you don't have to leave" she said that and her hand was on my shoulder. "Yes I have to" I pushed her hand away and continued walking. "Kenny?" She said "yea" she then came up to me and put something on my neck. "what is this?! Get it off me!" I yelled "don't worry Kenny, it's just a mind control device and you will be under my control" then everything went pitch black.
Sara P.O.V
"how come the card showed your information!" I said "i didn't know! I told you some stuff can be different then... you know" "let's just get to the tower to find Kenny" we walked for at least 10 minitues. I looked around and people were selling stuff. "attention everyone" I look up to the BIG monitor that had a man there like it was the news. "our queen, diamond is getting married!" everyone cheered. "why is it such a big deal?" I asked Julie "I have no idea" Julie said
"The lucky guy that will be marrying her is...... Kenny!" Everyone cheered even more. I was about to cry. "don't worry Sara maybe it's another Kenny. so don't worry that can't be our Kenny" Julie explained. "your right" it made me happy to hear that. "Luckily, we had an interview with him!" Then it showed Kenny faces. I showed no hesitation to cry.
"You know. she looked really beautiful, the way her eyes sparkled. no one can replace my love for her. I promise to never leave her side, because I love her too much" Kenny explained
I ran away without telling Julie, I look back and she wasn't chasing after me. I kept running and running till I found a place that no one could see me I hid behind some boxes and started to cry. "k-k-kenny...... W-why?!" "You said you would never leave me or forget me.... now your marrying someone!" I started to cry a lot. crying just made me bring back our memories
~FLASHBACK~
"C'mon! Let's go to the movies to watch zombie rise 2! Doctors orders!" Kenny yelled "haha, Kenny you like weird movies, I've seen the trailer" "no your weird!" Then he pushed me to the ground and we both started laughing. "guess what" Kenny said "what?" I said "he is coming...." "who is coming?" I actually started getting a little scared. "the... TICKLE MONSTER!" Then he started tickling me and I started laughing hard. "Hahah! Kenny I love you" I said "I love you too" we then kissed. his kisses were so perfect. "I'll never forget our first kiss" Kenny said "me neither" I said "c'mon! Movies! Movies! Movies!" Kenny kept cheering. "alright! Alright! Let's go!" He then put his arm around my shoulder.
