Chapter 15: The Dinner

-Lizzie POV-

4:03 at bowling alley

We just ended the two games we had. For the first game I only got 73 points. I pouted and then we played another game. This game I got 116, and rubbed it in Adam and Connors faces!

" Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha I won!" I said in a mocking tone. Connor glared at me and Adam just rolled his eyes and went on his phone.

" You know that at 4:15 we are suppose to be at..." Adam cleared his throat to indicate that I wasn't suppose to know. " suppose to be at the next place."

Connor waved goodbye as we walked to the car. Adam put in the directions in the gps, which I recognized. It's this one restaurant I went to with Jenn and Andrea once. A fancy restaurant.

" Wait can we go home before we go there?" I asked.

" Why is the gurlie?"

" Because I know this place and I want to be in fancy clothes, not a messy hair bun and a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I honestly didn't want to look like this at all today but I had no time to do anything." I sassed.

" Okay well no, umm we have no time since we have to be there in 30 minutes." I shot back. Damn are guys moody these days, girls are the one with periods.

I turned on the radio to fill the silence but Adam just turned it right off. He turned more towards me as his eyes were still on the road. " So, Lizzie, Tell me about yourself." I just rolled my eyes and reached my hand for the radio. But, he just smacked and shook his head " No no no! I asked you a question and ya'll have to answer it."

" Ugh your so mean." I waited for a response which I wasn't getting.

" Okay well I was born in Nevada and I grew up there with my dad as Kian, my brother, grew up here with my mom. Then my mom left Kian to my dad and me. And then Kian said he hated my dad and just left to come live with his friends in California. I wanted to leave but my dad couldn't fend for himself. And now I'm here over the summer. Visiting Kian and dating the man of my dream." He started to chuckle.

" What?" I interrogated.

" nothing it's just I wanna have as much... Confidence as you do."

" What do you mean confidence?"

" I mean I want to find someone to be in love with like you and Jc!" He screamed. I got taken a little bit back by surprise from his harsh words. Wait, did he say that me and Jc are in love. Are we? I mean I like Jc a lot. But more then like. He is just so caring and gentle. He knows when something's wrong and helps work out the problem. He is always there for me when I need sweet little forehead kisses and talks. He'll never break my heart.

That's it, I'm in love with Jc. I'm in love with Jc Caylen!!

I started to roll down the window as we were in a downtown area. I stick my head out and open my mouth to yell something.

" What the hell are you doing?!" He yelled

" Doing something I should've done a long time ago." He looked like he had a puzzled look but he'll know in a second what I mean.

" I LOVE JC CAYLEN." I screamed at the top of my lungs. Some girls started following the car after I said that, them knowing who I was. I returned back in the car and closed the window.

We we're at a red stoplight so Adam went on his phone. Not like he wasn't on it before we got to it. He started chuckling and trying to keep it quiet but failing.

" What's going on?"

" Nothing we're here. Get out." He stated. I snoffed at him rudely. I got out and was escorted by Ricky and Sam to the restaurant. Then I saw a million candles leading to one table with a handsome young man sitting in it. I strolled up to the table and a single spotlight was on the table. Jc stood up and pulled my chair back.

I sat down as Jc pushed it back in.

" What are we having this fine evening?" I waited asked us as Jc settled in his chair.

" The chefs choice please, two orders." He nodded and left.

" How did you put all this together?" I asked

" I had some help from friends." He smiled. It was silent for a while but it was a good silence. We were just staring in each others eyes, holding hands. Then a giant screen came down in the middle of no where and a video started playing. It looked to be a girl in a car.

That girl was me. WHAT VIDEO IS THIS?! and how does Jc know about it. I stuck my head out the window and the person behind the camera ask what I was doing and I said something I should've done a long time ago. Oh no here it comes.

" I LOVE JC CAYLEN!" I scream. I look at Jc, cringing at what he might do. By his looks, it looks like he hasn't seen it yet. He was just smiling. Now it was awkward silence. He hasn't spoken for a while so I decided to say something.

" I love you Jc. I am in love with you. Your always there for me, when the worst things in the world happen and the best. You so handsome and so caring. Your one of my favorite... Anything in the world wouldn't compare to how amazing you are."

" I'm so glad you said that because I love you too, Lizzie. You're the one. You are so perfect and wonderful and I can imagine my life without you." He chuckled. "I didn't realize how cheesy that sounded till I said it but you honestly are. Your so perfect and I can't imagine why you wouldn't think so."

Jc started getting down on one knee and grabbing a little box from his jacket pocket. Oh my god, he was proposing! I'm not ready! I only knew him for almost a month he can't be that in love. I think he saw the scared look on my face because he started shaking his head and laughing.

" No I'm not proposing, this is just a promise ring." He added.

A sigh of relief appeared across my face. I took the ring put it on, then hugged him as tight as I could. " I Promise." I whispered.

After dinner I went to the bathroom then came out to see that Jc was gone. Great where to know?

I head outside thinking I was going home but once again Adam comes along. ' HONK HONK' he beeps.

" Where am I going to now?" I impatiently asked.

" On one more little adventure." He replied.

HEY GUYS!!! Sorry it's been a while I've been busy with school and reading other fanfics that make me fan girl and blush during them so... Yea I'll try and update by Friday but if not it'll be up on Saturday. If you want it sooner just tell me and I'll try my hardest.
