"Hi Lizzie, it's great to see you!" My mother said. She waited a second before slowly walking up to me and hugging me.

I would've guessed that she would've been like that. Hesitant. Since she hasn't seen me or talking to me for a really long time. And also that she left us. But I knew that she had a good reason for leaving me. It was because of him and we all knew that.

She turned around and looked at Kian.

"Aww, how's my Kian." Mom said. Kian smiled and then started to cry.

"Aw Kian, why are you crying." She asked Kian. He started talking about JJ and I took it as a good chance to record him, but I for sure knew that I couldn't handle myself so I asked my mom to do it. She gladly took the camera and started to record.

It was about lunchtime so I went downstairs to the cafeteria to get some lunch. I never enjoyed cafeteria food, but I'd rather do that then make my mom make me food. To be honest all I really needed was water but I wanted actual food.

Looking around the cafeteria, it was obvious that there were a lot of people in the hospital, since it was as full as a sea full of water.

I sat down next to somebody and smiled at them, since that's the polite thing to do.

"Lizzie?" The guy that smiled at me said. I squinted then realized that it was Adam.

"Oh my god Adam! What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Well, I wanted to get to know the building a little better because I got a job here. So my cousin, who also has a job here is showing my around today so I'll know where everything is. And what about you, what's up with you?" He asked.

"Kian had gynecomastia. It's where boys get more breast tissue than usual. He got it removed today. And by the way, congrats on getting a job here. Probably pays a lot, doesn't it?" I asked. Adam nodded.

Adam was looking behind me, probably to a cute girl. I turn around and I was right, a blonde hair girl with short hair, siting behind a guy that kinda looked like Joey Graceffa, but with lighter hair.

I turn back around and wiggle my eyebrows. Adam blushes and turns around.

"Go talk to her. She seems nice." I encourage. Adams smile faded and he looked at he ground. "What? What's the problem?" I ask

"It's not her." He said. Confused, I liked back to see no other girls that way, so I turn back around and give him a confused look.

"Listen to me Lizzie, I haven't told anyone yet because... Well because I don't know if people will accept me."

"Yeah, Adam. Go ahead, I won't judge you." I comfort him.

"There's no subtle way to say this, but I'm gay." As soon as he said that I hugged him. Show him that it's okay, that even if people mistreat him, I'll be there for him.

"I'm glad you told me, Adam." We smiled at each other. "Now, I want you to go tell the world. Go tell everyone in this cruel world that you're gay and if they do not accept you, tell them to screw themselves." I giggled. Adam shakily got up.

"You're right. I'm going to start with my cousin. Thank you, Lizzie. Just, don't tell anyone... Yet. I wanna see how one family member is then go to the next one. If it doesn't work out, I'm gonna wait a while." He said. I nodded and went back to where Kian was.

I could tell that he was still a little loopy but he was getting up and ready to go to my mothers house. He had a couple of objects still hooked on him, but other then that he seemed happy. Happy that his problem was all gone. I'm happy that he's happy.
