---------------7 months later from when Rodrick and Xreader met-------------

Me and Rodrick finished packing and put our bags into his car. We were driving up to his parents house so I can finally met him and his brothers for his mothers birthday party. I'm not gonna lie I am really nervous meeting his family. I've met his younger brother Greg on FaceTime once so he kinda knows me but still. 

"Come on babe.  I already put your stuff in the car." Rodrick yelled from the driveway.

I hurried and put my jacket on and ran in the car. I hurried and put my seatbelt on and waited to leave...but we just sat there in the driveway. 

I look over to Rodrick to see what the hold up was, but he was looking at me right back. 

"What?" I asked as my heart began to stutter and nervousness poured into me.  He leaned forward a little smiling. 

"I just wanted a kiss before the drive." He playfully pouted. I rolled my eyes smiling at his simple request as I leaned I, meeting him halfway.  I quickly gave him a peck on the lips and leaned back. 

He started the car and stole a kiss on the cheek from me when I was trying to Bluetooth my phone to the car.  I turned back to him and to see him sitting back looking at me with that same smile on his face. 

"Whats got you in such a kissy happy mood? I mean I'm not mad at it but you've been like this all morning.'' I questioned. 

"Oh just happy my girl can finally meet my parents."

After a few hours of driving we were at his parents house. The house was just how he describe it...middle class house in the suburbs. 

Outside was Greg with another kids around his age with red hair. (we all know who this is lol) 

They seen us get out the car and started heading over to us. 

"Thats my Greg's lover Rowley" Rodrick informed me before he popped the truck to get the bags out the car. 

"Hello Y/N its good to meet you." Greg said as they walked up 

"You too." I automatically said back out of conversation habit. 

"This is Rowley, we grow up together he lived down the street from us." He informed me as Rowley stepped in motioning that he was about to give me a hug. I accepted the unexpected hug, he seemed like those really friendly people that hug everyone when they first meet them. 

After we broke away I asked, "Sooo...how long have you guys been together?"

Based on Greg's face he didn't know what I was talking about, but before he could say anything Rodrick slammed the truck closed. 

"Lets all head inside now its getting really hot out." Rodrick quickly says as he toss his brother and Rowley our bags, grabbed my hand and started heading to the front door. I was gonna asked what was the rush for but as soon as we open the door he lead me straight to the backyard to where his father was barbecuing and his mother dropping off a tray of raw hamburger meat at the grill. 

It took them a second to see us walk towards them but when they did I did notice that they were excited. 

"OMG this must be Y/N that we keep hearing Rodrick talk about. I'm glad your real, I thought he was lying about having a girlfriend." She said as she gave me a hug and looked me over.
