No, because I love him, I love him so much. But I want to forget his face, I want to forget his voice, I want to forget how it felt to hold his hand for the first time, I want to forget how it felt to know I was his first kiss, I want to forget that he doesn't like spicy food, I want to forget what kind of truck he drives, I want to forget the way I felt when we could only communicate through letters, I want to forget how I felt when he said he wanted to marry me. I want to forget how I felt when he said he calls me his fiancé, I want to forget what he liked to eat at the restaurant my parents would take us to eat at, I want to forget when he would eat one of my enchiladas, I want to forget that he said he's not happy, I want to forget that he said we're not going anywhere, I want to forget that he said our relationship died out, I want to forget that he said whatever when I said I didn't want to break up. I want to forget 5 years of my life.
One day I want to look back at this and realize I don't feel anything anymore.
