He walked to his room to get ready to take a warm shower. He got his phone out to put it on the charger. Wilbur got ready to take a shower, he walked to the bathroom. Schlatt texted Wilbur three times 'Get home safe. Thank you for the nice day <3, are you free tomorrow for a call if you can't hang out??' Schlatt liked Wilbur, he didn't want to ruin things by rushing shit with Wilbur. He felt happy with the man, he's funny, sweet and he looks nice. 'Wait no that's to far. I just miss his company that's all.' Sclatt thought. 4:49 pm, Wilbur texted back 'Schlatt do you want to call now?' Schlatt smiled and typed back 'Yes please Wilbur!'

Wilbur called the other, Schlatt quickly answered it "Hi Wilbur!!, you got back safe right?" "Haha hello to you as well Schlatt, yes I got back safe. I see that you missed me or did you not?" "No no no! I did miss you Wilbur! Please don't be sad." Wilbur smiled a little "Shhh it's alright Schlatt, how do you feel?" "Happy, um what about you?" "You sound nervous a little, also I'm good." Wilbur shivered and dropped his phone on the floor. He was in his room sitting on his bed. "Sh*t!!" he quickly picked up his phone "I dropped my phone sorry dear". Schlatt was surprised by that last word "No it's okay Wilby" "What? Haha can you repeat that?" "Can you call me dear again" Schlatt asked. Wilbur laughed a little "No I didn't say that um haha" "Yes you did, you called me dear, do it again please" "Dear please this is our first call and you make us flirt haha" "Your laugh is nice".

The two went back and forth with each other flirty jokes and laughs. At least to them there were just jokes. Wilbur only saw Schlatt as a new friend who likes to play flirt with him. Wilbur needed time to get to know the other man. Yes Wilbur flirted a lot with the man but that couldn't mean anything. He just wanted some blood and good company. The whole reason was for some blood but he didn't want to tell Schlatt that. He met a person who likes to stay up like him. He met a person who gives great company. He met a person who is food, who has blood. He didn't want it to seem as he was using the man for food. He was but tried to not think of it like that. He needed to spend more time with this man, not just for food but also for company.

"Wilbur you still there? Hello?" Schlatt didn't hear Wilbur's voice. Wilbur was thinking 'His blood tasted good, but I can't just ask for it every time we're together'. Schlatt waited and tried again "Mr flirty answer please" "uh sorry I got distracted a little" "Well get distracted by me please." Wilbur tried to not get feelings by their flirty jokes, he just didn't want to mess things up. "Uh, Schlatt" "Yeah?" Wilbur didn't know what to say, Schlatt was just a new buddy,  he was just nice company. He isn't anything more, just company to have "I'm cold a bit" was all he said.

Schlatt smiled "It's ok, you can get under a blanket duh." Wilbur grabbed a pillow and hugged it 'He's just a friend, he's just company. Stop feeling like the jokes actually mean something' he thought. Wilbur was falling and he really didn't want to yet, Schlatt is just a friend. A friend who makes flirty jokes, their jokes nothing more. Maybe he wasn't falling but just enjoying having a friend.

"Schlatt I don't really feel well right now, is it ok if we maybe call later?" "But I want to help you feel better" Wilbur was going crazy over a person he met yesterday. A damn person he got to know as they talked "Do you ever feel like your falling for someone but you don't want to or your not ready to" Wilbur asked. Schlatt knew what he meant, he also felt something kinda "No I don't sorry Wilbur" Schlatt felt bad for lieing but didn't want to scare Wilbur off with feelings. Wilbur didn't want to believe what the man on the phone said. He messed up, he shouldn't have said anything about it. "I'll call you later" he ended the call. He put his phone on the small table next to his bed. "Why did I have to get feelings right away for you, we barely know each other's lifes. I can't fall for you right now, I don't want to f!ck up another friendship with someone" he laid down and hugged the pillow more.
