This chapter is only about half complete...

Yellowknife's dreams are brought to an abrupt end by end by a furious pounding on the door. Groggy and confused, he looks at the alarm clock on Laffey's bedside table.*Holy shit, we're gonna be late!* He thinks in shock as his brain peices together what is happening. Yellowknife then recognizes the voice of Hammann on the other side of the door. "Yellowknife, Laffey, you idiots! We're going to be late if you don't get out here right now!" She screeches. *Damn it, I forgot to set my alarm!* Yellowknife thinks as he frantically launches himself out of bed, waking Laffey in the process."Yellowknife? What's going on?" She sleepily asks in confusion as Yellowknife grabs his clothes. "We're gonna be late if we don't go right now! Just get your clothes and change, I won't look." He says hurriedly. Laffey nods and collects her outfit. Facing opposite directions, Laffey and Yellowknife throw on their clothes. Within forty five seconds of waking up, Yellowknife opens the door to find Hammann who realises that they're both dressed. "Wait, you got dressed together!?" She screeches as Yellowknife begins walking away. Fed up with Hammann's screaming, Yellowknife stopped and spun around so fast that Hammann nearly walked into him. "Oh, will you shut up? Yes, Laffey and I changed while in the same room as eachother, but we were looking in different directions! Stop assuming that just because I'm a boy, I'm some kind of pervert who will take any opportunity to violate her!" Yellowknife angrily shouts at Hammann out of pure frustration. Only after he stopped, does he realize that he is leaning forward, towering over Hammann, who is pale and wide eyed. Even Laffey, who is a few meters behind them, is startled by Yellowknife's outburst. Standing up straight, Yellowknife sighs."I'm sorry, but it's true, not all men are perverts, and you have no right to assume that of me. Because you've never spoken to a man, you simply cannot act like you know everything about them... Now, let's get going otherwise we'll be late." Yellowknife says in a much more relaxed yet still threatening tone. With a silent, slow nod, Hammann begins following him through the dorm building with Laffey close behind.

As they Walk down the hall leading to the doors, Yellowknife looks tgrough a window and notices the storm from the day previous day still persists. *Man, we've sure had some bad weather this past week.* He thinks, remembering the storm preceding his arrival at the base.

The entire walk to the docks is filled with awkward silence, as Hammann doesn't dare say anything to Yellowknife the whole time...

~~~A Few Minutes Later~~~
Finally reaching the docks, Yellowknife is pleasantly surprised when he realises that they made it to the docks on time. As per usual, Prince of Wales along Renown, Repulse, and Atlanta are waiting for them already. "Good morning, I'm glad to see you could make it." Wales says from under her umbrella. "A little dreary out eh?" Yellowknife asks as he stands soaked from the rain. Prince of Wales nods and sighs. "Did none of you think to bring an umbrella?" She stifles a laugh. Yellowknife rubs the back of his neck. "Yeah, I woke up late, and didn't realise the weather was still bad until I was outside in the rain." He chuckles as Prince of Wales shows an amused smile. "Well, unlike the last two days, you are to go and get breakfast before your mock battles. I've had Nevada and Oklahoma prepare an early breakfast for you and the other combatants in the mess hall. Now I won't keep you here for any longer, you are dismissed." Prince of Wales says before turning to watch the churning sea.
Yellowknife, Laffey, and Hammann walk through the rain to the mess hall, and upon arrival they attempt to quickly dry off. Laffey wrings out her hair and Hammann shaking like a wet animal. Yellowknife just takes his wet coat off and hangs it up at the door, while Repulse Renown, and Atlanta just close up their umbrellas. With their futile attemps to dry off complete, the soggy trio heads to the counter to join the others. Finding himself at the very back of the line, Yellowknife has a moment look around at the other ships already eating in the mess hall. The two other fleets are sitting at different tables talking amonst themselves. At one table, three mature women who seemed to be sisters, quietly ate their food while the rest of their fleet sit's across from them. They are all dressed in very uniforms, all wearing a deep purple and white coat. The first women's long white hair flows over her uniform, covering her left eye. She has a fairly basic, monotone expression and seems uninterseted in talking. Sitting next to her is a similarly dressed women with a much more enthusiastic grin on her face, her with eyes matching with her red hair. Next to her, sits the final sister, a women with the same eyes but black hair. She seems just as disinterested in conversation as the first girl. Sitting across from them is a marginally chattier group, consisting of a smaller white haired girl who is talking to an energetic lime green haired girl. The two chatting seem to completely ignore the black haired girl next to them. *Judging by their clothes, they look like Eagle Union ships...* Yellowknife thinks to himself as he makes his observations.
