Ally's POV It is currently 11am on Saturday dad is currently talking my ear off about how he wants me to stay but I'm 'going out with cat' he says that Im only here till tomorrow so why can I cancel but I can't because it's a small gig. "Dad will you stop I'll be back by 10pm just don't fall asleep and we can hang out after" I said sitting on the couch leaving dad in the kitchen "okay fine what time you leaving?" He asked sitting next to me "9" I said "oh I was expecting you to be out earlier so you guys can spend a couple of hours together" he said "well cat is out Sunday with her boyfriend and she only got back earlier today so she wants to sleep jet lag and all" I replied while dad nodded.
I hate lying to my dad but I want to keep this quiet yes I know he'll be happy for me but if he finds out and I'm still really shy about it and he wants to come to my show or whatever then god knows if any cameras might follow him if you get what I mean and this is something I got to do alone. "Hey what do you want for lunch?" Dad asked "uhh up to you" I said "ummm okay I'm taking it your having dinner out?" He questioned "yeah we're going to get pizza" I said smiling "okay want to make toasted sandwiches then?" Dad asked "yeah sure" I said getting up to go make them. "I didn't mean you should make them your cooking tomorrow so I'll make them" dad said walking in a few minutes later but I already made the sandwiches and was about to put them in "nevermind" dad said chuckling a little bit "sorry but I can make food for myself" I said smiling "I know but sometimes I forget you moved out and are all independent now" he said "hey! I was independent before you adopted me" I argued but then dads faced dropped a little bit. "What's wrong?" I asked putting the finished sandwiches on plates and walked to him "I really hate that word adopted.. you are my real daughter and I love you as my real daughter I don't care if it's not by blood but it's definitely by love"
And here I am crying a little bit "I love you too dad and I feel the same way" I said smiling while passing him his plate to which he placed on the counter to wipe my tears and hug me. "Could you grab me the ketchup" dad said sitting down "your so weird" I said walking to get the ketchup.
Soon enough 9 o'clock came around and cat was here to pick me up she normally goes with me too these things. "Hey mr Evans" cat said walking in after me. "Hey cat you know you can call me Chris right?" He said chuckle "I know" she said grinning "you ready to go?" She asked while I nodded "enjoy your pizza!" Dad yelled out while we left.
I'm the car "you still haven't told him ally?" Cat questioned "uhhhh no?" I responded "okay whatever it's your life" cat said making me roll my eyes.
We arrived I was nervous and sang Control (vid at top) cat was really supportive and it was good but obviously with my anxiety spiking I also kinda hated it. When I was singing I saw Dan sat in a corner looking me up and down drinking his drink and nodding along to the beat of the music I sent a small waved across to him and smiled and carried on.
At home* Once I got home and in I sat straight down on the couch. "Hey als how was pizza?" He asked walking in from the backyard with dodge "it was good you know had my usual and caught up with cat" I said laying down on the couch fully and closed my eyes for a few minutes till I felt my head being lifted and placed on dads lap "are you okay?" He asked "yeah I'm good just tired and all" I said smiling still with my eyes closed. "Go to sleep then hun" dad said resting on the couch "I kinda want to stay here though" I said making dad chuckle "I'm not against it you know just fall asleep in my lap and when I'm ready for bed I'll carry you up" dad explained making me laugh "what am I 13?" I asked "just wake me up" I said dosing off.
"Ally...Ally" dad said waking me up "hey sleepy head ready for bed?" He asked while I nodded getting up "your phones been going off by the way" he said making me curious.
Cat❤️- before you freak out I had to Cat❤️- I'm so sorry Cat❤️- are you okay? Cat❤️- does Chris know? Cat❤️-are you even getting these? Cat❤️- you awake?
Ally🐱- what's happened?

What the hell is happening I thought "hey you coming?" Dad asked "yeah coming" I said walking to my room "you okay?" Dad asked kissing my check "yeah I'm okay goodnight love you dad" I said getting into bed "love you too" dad said shutting the door.
Once dad left I looked on YouTube and I have been tagged in a video of me singing.

My anxiety was spiking shit. I ran downstairs to grab my pills from the cupboard "Ally are you okay?" Dad asked running towards me he had obviously heard me go downstairs "yeah yes I'm fine just over thinking about the art I have to hand in Monday" I said smiling weakly I know I lied but I don't need him finding out know when he does find out then great I'll deal with it then.
