I need your help dad

Ally's pov
*still in the car Dan and ally are about half way to their unknown destination they have been chatting and ally has been drawing as well as dan told cat to pack her sketch stuff so she has something to do*

"You've been working on that for over an hour. What are you drawing?" Dan asked trying to look over my shoulder but I kept the pad to my chest to hide it "guess you'll have to wait till I'm finished to find out" I responded kissing his check as dans rested his hand on my thigh. Even if we were a couple yet it was nice having dan here and in her life they had gotten a lot closer since they first met and she was thankful that there at this stage in their relationship and is ready to become his girlfriend whenever he had asked.

"When's your birthday?" Dan asked out of nowhere we haven't really talked about birthdays as it's never been that important "June 30th why?" I asked "just wondering" he said smirking "when's yours?" I asked back "November 26" he responded and I made sure to make a mental note of that and add it to my calendar later on. "Well it's October so your birthday is next month so what do you want?" I ask "you" he said making me giggle "I was serious!" I said "so and I!" He flirted back "okay okay I don't want anything so just surprise me" he explained while I nodded okay I can do that

"Can I ask a question?" Dan asked while I nodded "it's just I know you told me about your bio parents and that there a reason for your trust issues but I feel like there's more to it.... So I guess I'm asking if you could tell me?" He asked while I took a short rigged breath "sure" I said trying to figure out a way to explain the situation. "I was abused and raped by my farther when my mom left" I started and I saw Dan rubbing my leg "it made me struggle to trust men and being alone with them that was until I met Chris he was the first man I ever let comfort me and be in a room with me alone he had helped me open up and start trusting people again" I said then thinking back to the night he came to the orphanage and stayed the night after my nightmares and panic attack. "I'm sorry als" dan said "it's okay um there's something else I want to tell you" I said turning towards him "go ahead als" he said glancing at me while still driving "my mom tried taking me away from Chris which is why I was a bit freaked out earlier and why I asked if your kidnapping me and I worry about being taken away from my dad" I explained. "Awh I'm sorry gorgeous I never meant for you to feel like that and I would of spoken to you otherwise if I had known" he said looking sad "it's okay you didn't know so it's not your fault" I said smiling.

"Where almost there" dan said turning off of a road I looked around and saw tall buildings and busy streets "new york?" I questioned looking at dan as he nodded "why here?" I asked "because why not it's just to get out of Boston for a while" he said smiling "it truly is beautiful" I said looking at the lights in the light "is this your first time here?" Dan asked "no I've been here once before to see my uncle seb" I explained while he smiled.

Dan pulled over to a hotel that was fancy af  how does dan have this money?  We walked in and I was in awh of the lobby this is too much. "Hey room for dan Jenkins" dan said to the desk lady "ofcourse Mr Jenkins your room is ready here is the key you are on the top floor" she explained while he nodded that's the top floor that's the most expensive floor  we were in the elevator with out things and I finally spoke up "dan this is expensive are you sure about this place?" I asked while he nodded "don't worry I'm not paying any of this my dad owns the hotel" he said chuckling "oh okay" I said thank god I couldn't be using his money like this  I thought.

Once we walked in the room was massive the bathroom alone was bigger than my room back in my apartment.
