Chara was stuck crouching, freezing. As Frisk just enjoys watching her in misery.

Chara couldn't do anything but blame herself for forgetting how bizarre the underground is. She forgets sometimes. And this is one of those times.

"Get on with it. Come on!" Frisk yells in impatience that made Chara slowly move. "The faster we move, the faster we get to erase— I mean, to finish the deeds, the faster we get to finish the deeds."

Chara got confused over Frisk's rambling, but shrugged it off and started moving when she got adjusted to the cold.

Frisk scoffed when she remembers this area and ended up ruining her mood even more.

"I'll leave you with that comedian." Frisk said that made Chara surprised.

"You... you won't tell me or force me to... k-.. ki-..." She couldn't say the word properly without feeling things crawling on her back.

Her sins.

Chara shut her eyes tight and sighed.

"Ah?" Frisk snickered. "Don't tell me you don't know what that damned comedian is capable of? I swear."

"What do you mean?" Chara asked.

"Nevermind," Frisk rolls her eyes. "You'll see."

"After months of just observing, it's pretty lame of me if I hadn't notice what that comedian's power right?" Frisk thoughts and chuckled.

Chara almost froze on her slow tracks and furrows her brows in confusion.

"...Frisk..?"

"No it's nothing," Frisk says as she excitedly smirked. "I just figured out that this is going to be fun than expected."

Chara was going to ask further but stopped when she felt a presence behind. She knew who it was, but it still gets her everytime. It really creeps her out not knowing why and how does he do it?

She finally sees the familiar upcoming bridge, that has a large gate of some sorts, fortunately it's for stopping humans to enter but....

Chara sighed. She also wanted to laugh but it's clearly not the time and moment for that.

"Atleast I should do the puzzle carved in the wooden bars right? Frisk didn't told me I couldn't." Chara spoke in her thoughts, but she didn't know Frisk can hear her.

Frisk just silently grumbled and thought, "Why did I made her in charge for this one? This is gonna be a pain. We're finally on 'my' route but I still had to sit through and watch those cringey things..." Frisk then sighs in annoyance. "Well whatever. Atleast seeing what's going to happen after is gonna be satisfying and worth while."

Chara stopped where she was supposed to and stared on what's in front of her. The start of one of her most loved moments and memories, that will end in horrifying decisions.

Chara hears footsteps walking towards her from behind. And when he stopped, she immediately turned around. She expected to be welcomed by his cocky and usual funny remarks, but instead, what expression seen in front of her is a confused and uneasy one.

Her small smile almost disappeared.

"Different. It's different," Chara thoughts. "Even if I turned around quickly, he never looked at me like that in the past... Different. Papyrus..."

Frisk almost bursted out laughing. She is enjoying Chara's pathetic reactions. "The bonehead is not stupid as he looks. Noticing the dusts all over Chara and all. Hah! I'm impressed." She smiled inwardly.
