Seeing her mom in such a bad condition took a toll on Reia, but learning about her father's death was even worse. She couldn't take it anymore. Just minutes later she saw a doctor walking by the room door, she heard something fall and turned around to check. It was a scalpel, Reia felt the need to act out in emotion hoping all her pain would go away. She walked into the bathroom, shut the door, and locked it. She turned on the water and filled up the tub. Taking off every piece of her clothing one by one, she got into the tub. Sitting down in the steaming hot water was relaxing, and it helped her pain. She was focusing on the burning sensation of the water. She picked up the scalpel and the water began to turn red. One of the clerks had to go into the storage room and count the number of utilities just in case they needed to order some more. Counting each item in each bin one by one, then noticing that a singular scalpel was missing. She began sprinting to the front desk. Picking up the phone and pressing the red button putting her over the intercom she announced the code gray. Reia sitting in the tub heard the announcement and panicked. She stood up, grabbed a towel and drained the tub. She threw her evidence in the biohazard bin. Drying off her cold and wet bumpy skin, she wrapped her wrists with cloth.
Marcus heard the announcement and panicked. He texted Reia.
'I need to see you, I can't take it anymore. What room are you in?'
Reia panicked; she didn't know what to do, but she replied.
' Room 327.'
Marcus began pacing down the halls, just moments later Reia heard a loud bang on the door. "Marcus." He could tell she was panicking, her breaths were unsteady, and she was sweating. "Reia?" Marcus was concerned but didn't want to read too much into the situation. "You alright-um do you wanna walk maybe?" "Yeah sounds nice, maybe we can go somewhere. I've been wanting to see you, and I didn't mean to blow you off, just a lot going on." Marcus understood and didn't want a further explanation.
"It's alright just don't worry about it. If I'm being honest I think we both just needed time." They began walking down the hallway to the balcony. "Why don't we pick up where we left off?" Of course Marcus loved the idea, but he didn't want it to be here acting out in her emotions. Her emotions are heightened with everything going on around her. "Reia look I like you but I don't think we shou-" "Marcus come on for me?" Reia had full control of his body and he had submitted himself to her. "Marcus?" Marcus was debating if he should, of course he loved her, but he wondered if sex was the answer to their problems. "What?" Marcus finally responded and played dumb. "Fuck me." Marcus knew his decision, he had never felt like this with any other girl before. "Fine, follow me."a/n: sorry this chapter is short but i need to time skip
